One of two 40 gallon hot water tank started leaking.the project manger came out right away .Not only did the tanks need replacing,but he pointed out the plastic rings around the coper pipe inlet was melted.He also pointed out by putting your hands near the exhaust stack shield the exhaust was not going up the chimmney and said it was clogged . it turned out he was 100 percent correct when they opened the flu going into the chimmney it was clogged solid.This could of turned out to be a disaster but wound up to be an excellent and positive new install of a tankless heater . Not only did it save me from carbon monoxide ,it saved from chimmney repairs .T Mark and their crew Alex , Derek ,and their project manger deserve 10 stars . They responded right away and was very professional .The previous owner had a plug in co2 detector in an outlet but never went off .I Highly recomend using T mark for their honesty and their quick response.

Over the past few months we have had T-Mark at our house multiple times and every time I am blown away by the level of service, attention, clarity, and kindness. From the technicians to the customer service phone line employees, I could not be happier. The technicians are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and take the time to discuss options, products, and the process for installation. T-Mark has installed a tankless water heater, which we are very happy with, and a new sump pump.

Ryan Cartwright from T-Mark Plumbing: 1. Corrected the drains in the wash tubs in the basement were plugged, preventing flow 2.) He cabled laundry line and sewer from inside clean out and removed blockage tested system to make sure problem was corrected.
My perception of Ryan:
1. He was very professional and knowledgeable
2.He was quick in his diagnosis of the problem
3. I would highly recommend him and TMark Plumbing to others having plumbing problem
