After getting several quotes, we had T-Mark replace our AC in 2020 and our boiler in 2022. Both times we experienced excellent customer service. They were able to accommodate our requests, and even made themselves available for a Saturday installation! The techs were very friendly and took the time to show us how both systems worked in detail. Highly recommended!

I have modified my review to reflect the service provided. After less than a months time, my brand new Dunkirk boiler stopped working. Liam came by on a Bills playoff Sunday to determine the issue lay in the thermostat. However, the thermostat was not provided at the time of installation. Liam provided me the necessary service and equipment to correct the problem.
Upon going to that corner of the basement for the first time since the install, I did discover that the installation techs did not clean up all the remains of the old furnace. Furthermore, I found Ryan to lack any accountability for his business. To quote a sign on former President Harry S. Trumans desk, "the buck stops here". When in charge you own everything good or bad.
When one spends thousands of dollars, it is expected that mechanical devices function properly. Now as a result of a prompt follow up they are.
In your well-crafted narrative you seem to lack the complete truth. In your account, would not an ethical technician compel the customer to at a minimum take the thermostat? In this scenario, the technician should cite the need for compatibility or at a minimum the financial aspect, "you paid for it". So, at the time of install no thermostat was provided. Since your technicians left elements of the old furnace, they could have included a new thermostat. Nice try skippy.
Furthermore, it was less than appreciated to draw nonblood family members, in your employ, into the matter. Since I have no doubt that he is one of your best employees you did not need to tell your tale of woe to him early on a Sunday morning. I find it to be cowardly to bring others into the matter. Especially since they had no bearing on the matter, other than you can take the opportunity to exert your supposed authority over a subordinate. If you cannot deal with a scathing customer review, do not go into the business world.

My wife and I had a tankless water heater installed by David and Michael. Unfortunately, the following day, National Fuel had to correct T-Mark’s work as T-Mark left the main gas line that feeds the tankless water heater loose at multiple fittings. This resulted in a gas leak.
When we spoke with T-Mark, they stated that there wasn’t a technician available to fix their own work.
