Greg came and looked over the ac and quickly found the issue and was able to repair it. While here also mentioned our generator should have maintenance done to it. I mentioned the red light being on and he said he could take a quick look. Turns out it needs a battery. Will be coming back to them for all our AC and generator needs. Felt they were very fair and honest and look forward to doing business with them again in the near future. I also like that they called the day before the appointment to confirm and also send text messages with confirmations and I even knew who was coming to my house before he even got here. They are a great company to work with. I will definitely refer them to anyone in need of work done to their systems.
6/29: Greg came back to repair and tune up the generator that came with the house when we got it. He really knows his stuff and got it back in working order in no time. I can not say enough good things about this company. If you need any work done, I highly recommend giving them a call first.

Their employees in the office and in the field (specifically Rob) were excellent. They were on time. The work was performed professionally. The results were fantastic. Very thankful our generator was reset. The serviceman showed us what to look out for on the generator in case of another storm. He checked our furnace to make sure it was running properly and informed us about some maintenance that might be needed in the future. We have used Zenner and Ritter for the past 30-years and are very satisfied with our purchases and their service. Hopefully we will never see another storm of this magnitude again.

Had a new generator installed. Met with the company representative to discuss replacing my old generator. He explained everything very well. I was given a time frame for installation and it was met. The people that arrived today were on time and explained everything that they would be doing step by step. Said they would be turning off all power and approximately how long before power would be turned back on. This job took quite a few hours as there was much work to do. They kept having to go down in the basement and back outside. There were at least 4 people working on the project. When they were done they came in to tell me what to expect during a power outage & the noises I would hear as the system kicked in. These people work hard. Zenner & Ritter have the best people working for them. Even the support staff that takes your calls are pros.

Eli, technician, was very respectful, informative and knowledgeable. Can't comment on value/quality/responsiveness since those were not applicable. Plus the customer service I have received thus far over the phone has been excellent which you rarely get in companies these days.

Seeing water in the basement dripping from the ceiling, got me in a real panic. The Memorial holiday in a few days, what do I do? Calling Zenner & Ritter was the best choice. An appointment was convenient and as usual, all the staff was awesome. Nate arrived and what was monumental for me was easily diagnosed by this specialist. He found the issue, solved the problem and explained every step. He was courteous, knowledgeable and offered a few suggestions for me to consider. Great job Nate!!

My central A/C failed on a Sunday and my house quickly rose to 84 degrees. Tech, Ryan Bigelow, called us back that afternoon after I called the on-call answering service and was completely honest regarding what he thought our issue was over the phone. He then came to our house later that evening, again this was a Sunday. He was friendly, personable, professional and showed us everything he was doing, walking us though the repair from start to finish. In 30-45 minutes the A/C was back up and running. Truly a first class experience from start to finish.
