I was fortunate to meet Brian from Climate Diagnostics. He installed a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat unit in our upstairs home, and we couldn't be happier. He was straight forward and explained the process of the installation step by step.

Climate Diagnostics installed a mini split heating/cooling system in our home that was overwhelmingly efficient. It was the perfect addition to our house, replacing years cold drafts. Brian Lorek installed the unit in one day and it was a complete 100% change in the climate of our living space. Brian scheduled a visit to check up the installation and ensure the unit was running smoothly.
We have had our machine for a few years and it has run like a top. Living in Buffalo, NY requires it to run almost constantly in winter and it keeps us toasty warm. However, in the summer the house cools down quickly and stays cool. Best of both worlds.

Brian provided a detailed quote with no surprises and he honored his price. Our AC replacement was completed in one day. The work was neat, professional and clearly explained.

I had a few estimates from some well known companies to install a new furnace & AC for my house. Brian's estimate was a lot lower for a similar system. He gave us all the AC and furnace brochures so we see what we will get. He explained in details all different options, their pro and con, to help us decide what we really needed.
3 days after I approved the contract, he showed up in the morning with all the parts. He got the old furnace out, the new one installed and working by 5PM. The AC replacement was completed the next day, even though we won't need to use the AC anytime soon.
He then called us everyday for the next few days to make sure our system is working properly, which it is. All in all, it was a pleasure to do business with Brian. No hard-shell, no B.S., just professional and good work ethics.
