Provided a thorough quote with two options (Brian L), then Matt and his partner showed up on time, worked all day through some challenges, took the time to show me the unit operation and showed great care with my house and acted like professionals the entire time.

I’ve used Zenner and Ritter prior for other hot water tank and furnace installations and I have found their service, pricing and timeliness to be top notch.

From the time I called to completed installation has been less than two weeks!

Zenner&Ritter installed Mitsubishi heat pump system in my home. Was sceptical about it at first. Not anymore. Lol. System works excellent. Very happy with it. Getting piping repaired and a new hot water tank soon as well. Zenner&Ritter in my opinion are the best in the business!

Whole house generator - I requested via phone for someone to call back regarding instruction to clear 4 codes. Technician was dispatched 5 days later and reviewed codes, indicating codes were erroneous due to snow which covered intake vents, then he cleared the codes. Technician was pleasant, reviewing his thoughts, showed me how to clear the codes then manually started generator to exercise the unit. Generator was found to be in good order - no issues. The visit cost me $129.41 which for 10 minutes of work is an excessive amount.

Dave and Joel were fast, professional and detail oriented. Responded quickly and did an emergency copper water pipe repair. Highly recommend Z&R.

He came out and was prompt in time. He diagnosed the issue and communicated the fix for now. Parts are on order but to prevent my family from going another night with no heat he did a work around and got my house warm again!
