Liam was able to figure out why my furnace would stop working intermittently. He was able to free up the gas valve for the meantime, but I may need to replace it when we get into cold-weather again. He was very upfront and honest about his repair and about his recommendations. I appreciated it.

The initial phone contact and service were very customer friendly and responsive. The service appointment was scheduled promptly and the technician (Derreck) was efficient, thorough and friendly. I wish all service contractors worked similarly from beginning to end and I hope the employees are treated respectfully and appropriately. I highly recommend T-Mark

This has been the second time I've used T-Mark to clear a drain (separate runs) and both times the service representatives were extremely professional. The clogs were cleared successfully and quickly. Our home was treated with the utmost respect as they made sure the work site was very clean.

Everyone from t-mark was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional! I had gotten several quotes for work and ended up having them replumb the water lines in my house. They also replaced some of the sewer lines in the basement.

Nick & Nikolai were the techs that did both jobs and they were patient with all my questions as well as professional, clean, and courteous.

10/10 would use them again for another job in the future!

Was super friendly and knowledgeable. Had the repair done quickly and cost much less than I had anticipated it costing. They do quality work without charging you tons of money to do it.

The guys worked hard and did a good job with hot water tank installation. Fair price. Did the best they can do, minimal cleanup.
