We had Cellino come out to service our water system that they installed. While the gentleman that came out was nice, (I believe he was subcontracted out.) we did not get anywhere. Basically, we were told that our system is outdated and we need to put in a new water system. Cellino only installed this system 7 years ago. :( It was extremely expensive and was great up until the fall.

Very quick response to a plumbing problem - same day - they call when 30 minutes out - have a lot of parts on the truck so that they can fix a lot of problems right then and there. The technician was very professional, cleaned up after, and you get a lot of options. Yes, they are pricey, but they do what they say they are going to do, and that's "priceless!"

My husband and I called Cellino Plumbing when our tub got badly clogged and it was beyond our abilities to solve. My call was quickly answered by a very friendly woman (I think her name was Maria) and she set me up with a same day appointment as they had availability. No more than an hour later, their technician Chaz was at our home. Chaz was professional and was able to not only solve our problem, but educate me on the other plumbing in our home. We live in an older home with older pipes and he really took the time to find multiple solutions for us down the road to rectify recurring problems and estimated multiple potential jobs for us. I never felt that he was out for money, but rather he was truly there to help us and thanks to him we learned a lot about our home! His manager, Matthew, also came over to help with a camera inspection and provided us with great and helpful insight. They were a great, professional team and we will be sure to recommend Cellino to others and use them for our future needs! Very appreciated!

I called Cellino for an issue with my Sump System. They dispatched Joel Monacelli within an hour even though there was no emergency. Joel was knowledgeable of my plumbing issue and is a professional in all aspects. Truly a credit to his company.
