Cellino Plumbing did an awesome job! The gentlemen that came to clear out our pipes on the outside of the house were very professional, polite, and helpful. Jonathan was an excellent technician. He was timely, he listened, And went above and beyond to make sure that my drain was unplugged and working properly when he left. This was especially important because I had another company come in and tell me that I needed $5000 worth of work done in order to unclog the drain. That being said… I could not have been happier with the service that I received.

My service provider, Johnathan Marks, showed up on time. He was a very courteous person. He wore his mask and boot protectors so to not dirty the rug. He was extraordinarily thorough. He went above and beyond to explain my drain issues to me. He was very knowlagable. I would definitely recommend Cellino Plumbing to anyone. Ed and his crew did an outstanding job! They provided great service on a 2-day job at my residence that consisted of re-piping the entire water and gas systems’. They also installed a new hot water heater. Not only did they install new pipes but they also did it in a manner that is aesthetically pleasing! What a difference. The crew went above and beyond in every way. I’m very satisfied and will recommend this company!

Brittany came to our house for a emergency appt for a clogged drain and she did great work. Efficient, professional and cleaned up everything at the end.

The heating system was not working correctly after an expensive repair this summer. It was an issue that the current thermostat was not compatible with the repaired pump. I needed to have a new thermostat. Why didn't he figure that out when it was installed? I was charged a full service call even though it was, in my opinion, not correctly finished in the summer. I was more upset that when the programmable thermostat was installed it was programed not to be able to be programed. I am someone who likes to be able to program the thermostat so I get the most efficient use of energy. I asked the technician if it could be programed and he said we don't program them because people get the programs mixed up and we have to be called. I asked him if I could program it. He replied that I could just follow the instructions in the book. This was an intentional untruth. I found out later that it was intentionally programed not to be program. If I am buying expensive equipment. I would like to be able to use it as it is intended to be used. Not to have a technician decide that I would not be able to figure it out. I would have like to be asked and given a few minutes of instruction if needed. I do have three college degrees and can understand something that is supposed to be consumer usable.
I have had Cellino plumbing for several other jobs and have had nothing but the highest ratings for them. I was not happy with this particular technician. He was the same one who did the repair in the summer. He told me first thing that he though he may have installed the wrong pump in the summer. I have to wonder if he was covering for not finishing the job or perhaps installed the wrong part earlier. The heat is working now, but I will request a different technician next time.

We called them to fix a toilet leak. They sent Kyle over and he was phenomenal! He made us so comfortable and we pointed out several other issues that we had. Kyle walked us through everything, gave us accurate quotes, and then proceeded to fix everything in a timely manner. When the list of things to fix ballooned Cellino sent over another technician to make sure that everything got done in that same day. They were even super conscientious about making sure that there was a functioning toilet throughout the day for our potty training toddler.

I don't know that they had the cheapest prices, by the customer service, skill, and professionalism of Kyle justified the higher price tag for us.

Cellino Plumbing was excellent. Came out in three days for our non-urgent bathroom faucet repairs, did all the important things that are lacking with contractors by calling the morning of, when they were about 30 minutes out and then explained all the work and costs up front so there were no hidden charges or work later. They made recommendations without the hard sell, worked cleanly and quickly and made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving our house. Prices were also very reasonable. Tom Olson was great and we would highly recommend both him and Cellino for any of your plumbing and HVAC needs.
