Firstly I want to say that what made this experience so wonderful was the technician who came out, Joella Sweet. She was so professional and efficient and being a woman myself I felt comforted having a woman in my home working on my HVAC system. She explained everything she was doing in detail and asked me questions which ended up leading to her finding the solution to an issue that no one else was able to resolve. Secondly, the customer service on the phone is wonderful. They set up my appointment in a timely manner and made sure that they got me the soonest appointment available. I will absolutely be using their services again.

We had a pipe burst after a power outage from the Christmas blizzard. A 12 foot piece of the baseboard heat pipe needed to be replaced. Zack and Jimmy arrived at the time we were told. They were very polite and did a fantastic job. They made absolutely sure that everything was done correctly. Price was as quoted. Very pleased with this company.

Kyle Eastman and the person working with him were beyond words outstanding. Worked hard and cleaned up and also took the time to show me all the work. I'm so happy 😊 they both made the experience so wonderful!!

This was our second time using Cellino Plumbing. We were so happy with the service we received. Those tree roots are no joke. Thanks for the great employees, that followed through with cameras to ensure the block was cleared.

Josiah was one of the best technicians yet to come out and service our plumbing needs. This is a reoccurring issue with our pipes that it’s becoming a yearly situation where we have to snake the line. Josiah was by far very determined to get that line cleared for us. Not once did he show any frustration or annoyance with trying to get the line cleared on this old house. He also didn’t make us feel like our only option left is paying $10000 plus to replace all the piping. I would recommend Cellino over any one but now I would recommend and will ask for Josiah to come each and every time to our house to take care of our plumbing needs just because of how determined, nice and professional he was! Thank you Cellino and I hope you know you how lucky you are to have Josiah on your team. He is truly a great asset to your company and I hope he sticks around for a long time!!!!!

I needed a sink, pipes, & pump installed in a business suite.

I received a quote from another local company that seemed overpriced. Contacted Cellino Plumbing and got a quick free quote/estimate at almost half the price.

Had 2 technicians (I'm very sorry but I don't remember anyone's names) come out to help, the gentleman with the curly hair with glasses went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well and done in an ethical manner.

This review is long overdue but I keep forgetting to leave a review.

A+ customer service & experience all around.

Woke up to no hot water, on a Saturday morning of course. Placed a call, agreed to the extra charge for the weekend emergency visit, and an hour or so later there was a knock at my door. Technician solved the problem, assured me that the tank had a lot more life in it, made some suggestions for a possible electrical fix should it happen again. I expected to be told I needed a new water heater, so I was very relieved to be spared that expense. I think I can trust them, because I believe from past experience with other service organizations, a woman alone = $$$$$$.

Had a new hot water tank installed. Nick was respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. He cleaned everything after he was done and left our home just as it was when he arrived. This is the second time we used Cellino in the past year and were happy with their work both times

When we called on a Friday night we weren't sure who we'd get, but Troy was really pleasant and extremely professional. Thank you for a pleasant first time experience and we are looking forward to a better working relationship than with the previous company. Update they were quick to get the parts we needed to repair our furnace. Troy came back out on May 2 performed the repair we needed. We have found our new service provided. Thanks again

Repair of bathroom sink- technician was knowledgeable and skilled to install a new plastic pipes and a new faucet. Happy to have my bathroom back in good shape.
