    What a harsh winter it’s been! Our furnace had enough of it too & finally gave up! But thankfully for Keiffer Heating Cooling & Plumbing, they did an absolutely amazing job replacing it so that we’re warm and toasty again! From our first call to their friendly office staff, to the skillful and polite service technicians, we’ve had a first-rate experience with their professionalism and personable customer care. They were right on time, prepared, and mindful of our property. They’re a top-notch company to contact with any of your heating, cooling, or plumbing needs. We highly recommend giving Gene and his guys a call at Keiffer!

    We called at 7:30 pm on Monday evening because we had no heat. We received a call back within five minutes and the owner was at our home in under an hour. He fixed our furnace. (Unknowingly, we had accidentally turned it off.) NO CHARGE! We have used Keiffer for over 20 years and will continue to do so. They are competent and professional,

    I needed my tub fixed as water was pouring out of it. They came out THAT Day, for four hours, and totally redid all the plumbing in my shower for me and did it the correct way. He raised the shower head for me and made my two handle shower into the updated single handle. He was super professional and showed me how to put all the fixtures on once I’m done doing the tile myself. He even tightened the water main fixture for me so it wasn’t leaking and made sure my pilot light was lit before he left! All of this was only 600 dollars for four hours of extensive labor. I would use them and recommend them to everyone I know! They also have done chimney work and they just redid my friends sink as well. Great business. Roy’s couldn’t come out for four days when I had no water!!!! I will never call Roy’s again. I’m 100% going with keiffer!!!

    A different company charged me $100 just for a diagnosis, only to tell me I need to buy a new furnace! Keiffer came out right before a snow storm, and in 15 minutes had my furnace running again. Most companies don’t fix things anymore, they just want to replace. However Keiffer is an old school company, with knowledgeable staff, who are reputable, friendly, and honest. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you Ryan, Kevin, and Gene. The owner is a licensed plumber, electrician and HVAC tech and used to run the adult learning program at Boces. Call them, you won’t regret it.

    A labor of love, value and honesty! First the staff in the office, Victoria and Amanda, patient, understanding, call you the day of the appointment to let you know the tech's are on there way, most pleasant staff I ever have dealt with. Then there is Gene, Christian, John and other tech's, honest, professional, on time, courteous, layout tarps so they don't dirty the floor, sweep up. Now the crux of this review. A boiler for a hot water system heat, 55yrs old bit the dust, of course it had to be around the time of the 2 snow storms of late. Gene and I along with my wife discussed replacing the old boiler with a Combi Boiler. 95% efficient. For now will do the hot water heat, but in the future when hot water tank bites the dust, will also connect to the Combi Boiler to heat and supply hot water all in one small compact unit. Hangs on the wall, more storage space for the wife things. The service plan offered was purchased at a fair price also.
    Keiffer exceeded our expectations beyond imagination!

    The most honest and knowledgeable HVAC I have ever dealt with. Serviced old boiler and advised it was working fine albeit a few tweaks. All others tried to sell me a new system $9,000 and $12,000 quotes (Roy’s).
    No need to go anywhere else. Five stars plus!

    I booked an appointment yesterday, was told the repair person would arrive between 8am and noon. 20 after 12 I call them, they say the person will be on their way soon. They also took this opportunity to tell me that the service call would cost approx $130. I explained I was not told about this charge when I booked, the person I was speaking to copped an attitude. I told them to forget it. I will be taking my business to someone who is upfront about fees and knows how to be polite and professional.

    I have used Keiffer numerous times over the years because they usually do a good job. I own multiple buildings in the Hamburg area and wanted to get them serviced. I called nearly 3 weeks ago to setup a service on 4 furnaces at 3 different locations. I advised my tenants that this was happening today to make arrangements to get in. I called this morning to see what time they would arrive and was given the same excuse that was given in the last review. She did not even have me on the schedule. If I hadn't called this morning l, I would have been waiting all day. This did not only inconvenience me but also my tenants. This is extremely unprofessional from a company that i thought valued its clients....

    Made appointment for maintenance on my furnace.the day of my appointment called a half-hour before the end of the 4 hr window for location of Service Technician.I was informed my appt.was pushed back, during cold weather to the following week. UNACCEPTABLE OR NOT PROFESSIONAL

    I called Keiffer Monday morning because our furnace quit working on Sunday. I was told someone should be out by 2pm. I said that would be fine because I still had to clean out my driveway. I was notified that someone would be at.my house by 11 am. The technician was professional and said that he should have the part this afternoon and was coserned that we had heat. He arrived around 2 with a new part and we now have heat. Thanks
