I called Cellino as my furnace stopped working. (In the middle of winter I might add) Cellino sent a tech right away and the following day I had a new furnace. Everyone involved (from the scheduler to the technicians) were all kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely use their services for routine maintenance to any issues I might come across in the future

Had a sump pump failure after hours. The whole team rallied to help repair and replace the system. Justin was excellent, professional and courteous. He talked me through every step and did a perfect job! 6 stars and highly recommend!

Really great experience! friendly and professional receptionist, kept me informed of approximate time Nick, the plumber would arrive.

Once Nick arrived, he was very detailed in his explanation as to what he was going to do.

He replaced my super old water heater all by him self! I was truly amazed at how quickly he did it.

He also fixed my shower that was leaking and replaced valves that were needed for the new water heater.

He is extremely professional, friendly and kind.
