We had an emergency main sewer line back up into our basement, our technician Sean worked diligently to get it fixed and communicated each step with us so we knew if, what/maybe it could be and would solve it. Even though it took a second visit, it was taken care of promptly and professionally with all systems go.. so far 🤞keep up the good work 👍

I contacted Cellino during off hours on a Friday morning for a clogged kitchen sink - they contacted me within an hour to confirm and scheduled same day service. The technician was professional and helpful. It was not the cheapest but I worth it - resolved the issue quickly, explained it to me and I am confident using them again for future needs.

This was my first time using Cellino-I was impressed!
I initiated an appointment for a plumbing issue last night online at 9pm. At 7am this morning I received a call confirming someone would be out to the house, along with a window of time. The technician, Josiah called prior to his arrival, was friendly and professional and very efficient. Thank you very much for making this a positive experience!
Addition: we just noticed Josiah had fixed our outdoor vent too. Thank you!!

Had a plumbing issue. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Person who set up appt was very nice, polite, and patient. When you call with plumbing issue - you can sound frazzled. Lol. She so nice on phone & she was able to send someone on the day I needed. The service person who showed up was Kyle. Kyle was thorough, polite, professional. He fixed the issue, explained what he did, and what next steps, if any - were needed. We ended up needing a camera. Was able to set this up pretty quick too. They sent Brendan who was great. He diagnosed the issue, showed me the problem with pics and video Provided us with 2 estimates. It’s rare when EVERY person you deal with at a company is nice, helpful, and knowledgeable but that was my EXACT experience with Cellino. Would always recommend them

Jacob was timely and responsive letting me know when he would arrive, and kept me in the loop the entire time. He tested his work to make sure my AC was working properly after the repair and couldn't have been nicer. ABSOLUTELY would do business with him again!

It was very easy to schedule online- they called me almost immediately after I submitted my inquiry. Appointment was next available and I was told between 8a & 4p the next day. I got a call right around 8am with anticipated arrival around 8:30. I was so impressed with the quick appt time.

Frank was kind & professional. He provided great education about our existing system and showed us pictures of our system and explained the components. He was also patient with our questions and didn’t get annoyed when I needed clarification. Super helpful for first time homeowners. He was also really great with our dog.

We have heat for now & I’m happy.

I had the tech come out for possible furnace repair for the blower motor but he couldn't find anyone with the part same day and that it might take til after the weekend to even get to it when the part comes in. This was before the weekend where it was going to be bitterly cold, so I looked the part number up found it at Grainger for next day delivery or same day pick up for oem replacement part. Was told they can't put it in because they need to use their suppliers. So I watched a video on how to uninstall then reinstall a blower motor which takes about 30 minutes and is very easy or if you clean and dust everything off an hour. Got quoted about 900$ but I'm glad they didn't find a part cause I saved 600 by doin a little research. No way that 1 hour of work should cost that much I guess HVAC people just like to rob people blind when you're at they're mercy.
