This company is extremely legitimate and fair. If you have HVAC issues, I highly recommend this company. Our furnace stopped working and we desperately needed heat, but we live in a rural area so it's out of the way. We went with our normal guys who didn't even bother to try to diagnose the problem but never even attempted to try to get the furnace on before selling to a new furnace. Johnny came out the day after I contacted him, found the issue,and fixed it within 45 minutes. That's how you know these guys are legit. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He came extremely well prepared and was extremely clean while working as efficiently as he did. And more importantly they were fair in price. If you need help with HVAC, look no further. Call this company. Make your life easier.

Based on a recommendation and solid reviews, I called Vantage to review my heat system for repairs and an A/C installation. John spent an hour at my house and NEVER provided a quote nor returned a phone call since. Have left messages for months. Seemed like a nice, knowledgeable guy but total lack of professionalism and courtesy. UPDATE according to Facebook, they are now closed.

John, Gabe, and Brian are AMAZING! My family started working with Vantage the summer of 2021 after placing multiple phone calls to other local businesses with an AC emergency . Vantage was available to make a house call that day and they were competitively priced. John and crew are professional, efficient, and keep a tidy work space. They took the time to explain the problem, how they were going to fix it, and what to do to prevent future problems. We had multiple inquiries and not once did Vantage make us feel like we were being a nuisance. After that first experience, we booked an appointment for heating maintenance a few months later. The most recent issue, February 2022, required having our water heater replaced and Vantage impressed us again with a same day appointment as well as efficient and courteous service. Again, the time was taken to understand what was going on and what to do. They came back a second time that day when we called with more issues and answered questions without hesitation. Most people have that one person they always call for when they need something fixed. For us, Vantage has been "that person" with quick response via email or phone. John and his team were awesome! John came out and did an estimate the same day my furnace broke. He was at my house within hours. I didn’t expect that at all. When he showed up i was extremely happy. He was very honest, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He explained everything that was going on with my furnace and even managed to fix it temporarily until my new furnace could be installed. The install was within 3 days and the team was quick, efficient, and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone! He was very efficient and helpful with texts and calls throughout the whole process. I called Vantage Heating and Cooling to look at my furnace which wasn’t working. No heat. John responded to the call and was able to be at my home within a half hour. John was friendly and took the time to explain each step he was doing. He was able to trouble shoot the problem and resolve it. John was competent, knowledgeable, personable and the service was reasonable priced. I would highly recommend him and his company.

John is one person who I always recommend when anyone I know is looking for any heating/cooling work in their home. He has installed a new furnace for me in my own home, done repairs on my rental property, and has done work for friends and family. He provides high quality work for a reasonable price, which is hard to find. If you looking for a great heating & cooling guy look no further and give him a call.

We own an old Victorian home with a furnace that was getting a little old (15+ years), and we needed to disconnect all appliances from the chimney to address a persistent masonry issue / leak. We decided to upgrade to a high efficiency furnace with central air to get the most value out of the job, and opted to include a new power-vented hot water tank.

We got our first quote from John and Vantage Heating & Cooling, who had helped us with a furnace repair in the winter and did a great job. John was kind enough to explain everything in detail (I ask a lot of questions!), and provided us with a very reasonable quote considering all of the work that needed to be done. We got another quote from one of the "big name" HVAC companies that was significantly higher (even for identical equipment in the case of the hot water tank), and we decided to stop shopping around and just go with the company that had taken care of us in the past.

John and his brother were professional, hard working, and courteous, and didn't mind my checking in on occasion to make sure the work was going smoothly. They installed all of the new equipment in roughly two full days, and I have a comfortable home in the summer time for the first time ever, and will hopefully be a lot warmer in the winter time, too!

If you go with Vantage, you'll be supporting a small family business and working directly with a business owner that understands the importance of keeping jobs reasonable for working class folks. Don't bother getting a quote from a big name company where the techs have no control over pricing or fees, just call John. You won't regret it!!

John and his team at Vantage did a really great job of installing two new furnaces in our home (for separate floors). His communication with me was very good and always timely. They were friendly, considerate, and professional. I highly recommend Vantage to anyone who needs a new furnace or work done on the current furnace. I will certainly be calling them again in the future if I need heating work done.

I decide to call him for my son’s furnace and A/C unit. He came out gave me a great price we set up a date and time. They came he did excellent work went beyond my expectations. John and his team were wonderful. They provided us the best quote we received out of 6 different contractors and still offered an excellent product. They installed a new AC and Heater within a week of our quote. He’s been great checking in to make sure everything is working well and was super helpful with all of our questions.
