E.W. Tompkins Plumbing Heating Cooling

We replaced our kitchen counter and needed a plumber. This company was recommended by 2 friends. I called and was scheduled for service. Shawn came on time, was professional and quick. He hooked up our disposal and sink (we had changed to a single bowl from a double) and hooked in our dishwasher. I would highly recommend them and would use their service again.

Everything was perfect- from diagnosis to estimate, to completion of job.
Love that we get a text when staff will be arriving. They were on time and on task.
They diagnosed a problem garbage disposal and installed a new one as well as fix our 30+ year old outdoor faucets.
Staff is thorough, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They keep you updated as needed and do not perform tasks that are unnecessary once they get a good look at the job.
They walked us through everything so we understood it.
Covid protocols are strict and enforced.

A “handy man” from a different company fixed my faucet about a year ago and the other day we noticed a leak in our upstairs bathroom faucet that was dripping into the living room ceiling below on our Christmas Tree!!. E.W. Tompkins was very easy to contact and schedule an appointment for when I needed them. Robert, a certified plumber, came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He went out and purchased a new faucet and installed it in no time. It looks beautiful and no more leak! I am so glad that I had a professional plumber do this and didn’t waste my time with a handy man. I will stick with the professionals at E.W. Tompkins from now on!

As expected – Tompkins came through again with flying colors! Shaun was great putting replacing our old broken toilet and hauling it away. He was professional, efficient, and Friendly.We will call no one else anytime we need a plumber.

Can't give these folks enough praise! Their rapid response and professional work was great. We had a bit of an emergency when we realized that previous workmen on a renovation project had perforated a hot water heater pipe under the flooring which wasn't discovered until the heat went on during the first cold snap. While we depended on our fireplace for keeping warm, Joe and Bill from EW Tompkins were diverted from their schedule, investigated the issue, and were able to return the next day to make the repair quickly for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend them, we won't call anyone else.

Had Robert to come out and hook our new gas dryer to our system. Professional, took his time to explain his work and he won me over because he didn’t talk down to me (like some other contractors have). I would highly recommend him for any job.

Hired for a new on demand hot water heater install. Crew was friendly and professional. Good quality of work done in a timely fashion. Quote was on the expensive side relative to what I was estimating, but still reasonable.

These guys were fantastic. I had the main waterline replaced preemptively and the estimate was reasonable, the service EXCELLENT, the staff courteous. After a walk through I got my estimate in an email, clicked "APPROVE" and scheduled the appointment. I worked with Steve, Shaun, Scott at the house, but even the staff at their offices was bar none easy. to deal with and very professional. Followed Covid protocols too. They also send text alerts with the a picture of who is being dispatched and let you know via text when to expect them. I will always use these guys for my plumbing needs.

Angelo showed up right on time, if not a little early, and got right to work. He was super personable, professional, and took time to explain the issues we were having and what it would take to fix them. He unclogged a drain, repaired a pipe, and diagnosed another issue in the time he was here. Very reasonably priced. Safety protocols surrounding Covid were mentioned and followed. Will definitely be using this company in the future!
