Jeff from E.W. Tompkins arrived on time and completed the work to my utmost satisfaction. He was professional and courteous. The price was reasonable and I will definitely use them again in the future and refer others.

I have used E.W. Tompkins previously for boiler servicing and was always pleased with the results. This time the job was a little bigger. I needed to have my boiler cleaned and flushed, as well as installing a new radiator. Setting up the appointment was super smooth as I dealt with Cathy and she understood exactly what I was looking to have done and was extremely courteous and professional. When the day came for the job to be done the team of Jeff and Erica showed up right on time, introduced themselves, and went over the job and plans with me. After this they went right to work and they kept me updated the whole time in a polite and professional manner. The finished installation looks great and they left the work space clean and put back together.

I would recommend E.W. Tompkins to anyone for jobs big or small. They are professionals who take pride in their work and care about the customers.

I give them 1,000 stars! This is the second time they have literally saved me...this time a sump pump that died. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to EVERYONE for being so patient, kind, considerate, professional and understanding, and for an elderly elder, it truly was a 'life saver' for me. My wife and I woke up to find our down stairs ceiling, which is right below our master bathroom, leaking. After calling a few places that either didn’t answer or could not make it out to us for a couple days, we called E.W. Tompkins Plumbing. We scheduled the repair with them and they came out right away. Robert was on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable about what repairs that were needed to do the job right and make it last. The price quoted to us was exactly what they said it would be which was a fare price, especially with the quality of work and expertise Robert brought with him. Couldn't be more pleased with the service received from this Company. Had old galvanized pipe replaced, which over time had clogged and caused backup in the kitchen and tub drains. Angelo did a fantastic job replacing the old piping, including a better configuration and sizing of the new piping. He explained in detail the work he would be performing before beginning the job, and also after. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and left the work area immaculate. I highly recommend this business for plumbing needs.

Consummate professionals!
From the very beginning I felt like I was in good hands. Cindy, the Receptionist, was so kind and helpful. When I called in the morning to have someone fix a leak under my kitchen sink, she said she would try to get someone to me the same day if possible. She called me back and got two mechanics over within a couple hours.
The two mechanics, Jeff and Noah, let me know through text that they would be there within about 30 minutes. Sure enough they arrived promptly. (They also attached a picture of the mechanic so you know who is coming to your house.) Jeff and Noah entered the house with covers for their boots, so as to not track snow in. (Why don’t more people do this?) They also took the time to explain the issues I was having with my sink, so I could fully understand my options.
Jeff and Noah are super knowledgeable, fast, efficient as well as kind and courteous.
Thank you to all THREE of you for really restoring my faith in costumer service. You serve as a great example of how a business should be run!
