Angelo was excellent and professional. He disconnected a water filtration system and fixed pipes with new pipe straps that had caused banging noises. He even took the old filter system with him so we did not have to worry about getting rid of it. Very neat and he cleaned every thing up for us. Highly recommend.

Angelo was great! Extremely professional and efficient. Explained the process and what the repair would take. (He was also very friendly to our dog which goes a long way for us).The whole process from calling to booking, to getting a heads up that Angelo was on his way, and was in fact going to be early to the job was all seamless and really great. Husband made appointment based on reviews. Communication with the appointment was excellent, however I had to reschedule the first appointment due to the working running 30-40 minutes late. I was happy he called to let me know, but it made me have to take more time off work to meet them the next day.

They fixed my issue and recommended I start looking into getting a new boiler.

We had Steven from E.W. Tompkins come and run a gas line to our grill on our patio. He did a great job, was quick & efficient & explained everything when he was done.

E.W. Tompkins Plumbing Heating Cooling is the BEST plumbing company I have worked with. They serviced our home in Columbia County. As a real estate broker in New York City I have dealt with many plumbing companies. E.W. should stand for Easy Way to solve your plumbing issues. I called E.W and spoke to Cindy, I told her the water tank wasn’t working but I couldn’t get anyone to respond to my calls. E.W. jumped on it and actually had a service tech out to my place the next day! When Cindy says she will call you back she does! Then the water tank wouldn’t fit!!! No problem they came back the next day! Then there was an electrical issue and the head tech came back that afternoon and got it working until and electrician could come. I couldn’t be happier with their service, friendliness and CAN DO ATTITUDE!!!! You are in good hands with these folks!
