My original appointment was confirmed by email and gave me a picture of who would be coming out. I was Kept informed by email of arrival time. Erica entered my home taking Covid precautions into account, was respectful of my property by wearing shoe booties and explained everything that was being done.
Fast and effective service. Very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

I had my main drain cleaned out. These guys did great work and are VERY reasonably priced. Jeff and Erica were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious when they came to my house. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well and then cleaned up. I am so glad to have found my "go-to" plumber and would not think about going somewhere else.

My sump pump in my crawl space stopped working. E. W. Thompkins was recommended to me by another plumber who does not do sump pump installations and I was so glad for this recommendation. The company first sent Robert immediately to install a new sump pump but he couldn't get into the crawl space as there was 2 feet of water in a 4 foot high crawl space. Robert was very nice and calmed me down as I was freaking out not sure what I was to do next. He explained to me that I had to get someone to drain the crawl space of water. I did have a company drain the crawl space and Robert came out again to install the new sump pump but because the old sump pump was not working the water in the crawl space was filling up again so he was not able to go down in the crawl space. I had to get the other company to come back and drain it again and they were able to leave their equipment so that I could drain the water before E. W. Thompkins sends someone to finally install the new sump pump . This final time Angelo came out to install the sump pump. He showed me the new sump pump before installing it and that it is made of heavy metal and will stay in place in the sump pump pit. He showed me the old sump pump which was made of plastic. He cleaned up and took the old stuff away. Everyone in this company is professional and courteous and patient with me stressing out over this situation.

They set up a time when they can come and send you text messages before coming to your house. Both Robert and Angelo were a little before the time they were due to come.

I was very satisfied with the work they did and will use them again for any plumbing needs in the future. I definitely would recommend E. W. Thompkins.

Very responsive. Angelo was sent. He analyzed the situation thoroughly, fixed the problem, and then found a few other issues to address while he was there and still within his one hour time frame. I’d call them again any time for any other HVAC or plumbing related work.

they came on time and quickly installed the water heater which works great. they beat the price of a few other places i called, altho on the phone i was told a price and they actually charged me $75 more, calling it the set price. quality of work excellent.
