New dryer install - required a change-over of the gas supply line with a new fitting at the gas source. Polite & resourceful, Kevin arrived ahead of schedule, got the job done efficiently including some problem-solving to adapt the extremely old vent set-up.

It is difficult for me to leave a review as your staff came to my home two weeks ago to assess our system and provide a quote . I was told it would cost $80 and then when they were leaving they said I also had for their hourly wages which ended up being about $300. I was told I would be sent two different quotes based on the work that needed to be done. Not only was the cost not what I was told but I also have called since then to follow up on this and have yet to receive any quote . I am very frustrated as I was charged $300 for staff to come and assess what’s was going on when I was told $80 and I have gotten nothing in return for what I paid. I hope this is not how you run your business charging people hundreds of dollars for a quote to never even send them anything let alone have the work done.

I woke up with water pouring out of the vent in my hot water heater. I called at 7, they had someone there by 8:30, tank replacement work was done by 11. Friendly workers and quality work, highly recommend!

Robert was a fantastic technician. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and knew exactly what needed to be done. He communicated well and kept me posted on his arrival time. Job was done with complete satisfaction!

Work was professional and fast. Larger complaint is two things, you get a service charge of 79 bucks no matter what. You can spend a thousand dollars and still have that fee. Second complaint is they charge you to go get parts. So if anything for repairs is missing you likely spending 250 bucks for a fee and for them to get the missing parts.

Amazing guys came to fix a leak. They were efficient, mindful and transparent. I will definitely come to them again if I need anything.

My technician was Kevin. He arrived on time, appointment was easy to schedule. Kevin was very polite, very competent and did an outstanding job. I would definitely use this company for my annual service moving forward. Well done. Highly recommend.

We have a home from the 1960's. Many of the old-style gate valves in our plumbing system were on their last legs, including our main shut-off valve. We had 7 valves replaced in total. Great communication. Showed up on time, both for the estimate and job. Did the work described without any trouble. Price was the same as the estimate. Highly recommended.
