The greatest heating and cooling around. I was very pleased after getting to know the company when I called and the HVAC Tech. Bram was wonderful. He showed me pictures of all duct work in my crawl space and stated all is great. They are definitely the greatest company around.

Friendly service when scheduling and from our technician. We had Robert, who was courteous and thorough. Their pricing was very reasonable. Future servicing needs and potential equipment issues were discussed, but only to inform us as owners and not as an aggressive sales pitch. While I hope I don't need them anytime soon, they will be my first contact should we have any plumbing or heating issues.

Update, 12/2022: Had our boiler give out on us. EW Tompkins came out to diagnose the problem within 6 hours of my call. After they hunted down the esoteric parts my older unit needed, Kevin and Brendan made sure we were up and running again within three days of my call-in (parts needed to be shipped in). I don't want their help, but at least I know I'm in good hands when I need it! Six stars.

Kevin came to service our heating system and was so kind, professional and informative. Did a great job with the service, and was very receptive to a concern we brought to him with our system. He answered our questions, and even checked in upon completion to be sure our concerns were addressed and we were completely satisfied. Fantastic experience! Highly recommend them.

I called E.W. Tompkins based on many favorable reviews here and am very glad I did. Angelo came out with a colleague to remove a 20 yr old 75 gal water heater and replace it with a new one. He was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. This was a difficult job and they handled it perfectly. They handled some other issues while here, and we really couldn't be happier with the results. These folks know what they are doing, and they do it with integrity. They're now my go-to resource for plumbing issues.

We are extremely satisfied with this company from the phone call in to setup a appointment all the way to the maintenance of our heating system. The gentleman was very informative and friendly. Thank you all for the work done. And making my home warm for the winter ahead.

Angelo and Brendan from E.W. Tompkins did an excellent job. They were professional, courteous, very efficient, and hard working. They removed an old garbage disposal and added new plumbing. They then installed a new whole house water shutoff valve, fixed an outdoor water faucet, and took information for an estimate to install a laundry sink. We were very pleased with every aspect of their work.

E.W. Tompkins is a good company to use for your plumbing from the call in staff to the service man that came to my door have been professional knowledgeable of their craft and the price was very reasonable too I thank them so much.

Arrived within 2 hours of my calling for emergency repair to broken water pipes for radiators.
System is now working fine.
