I recently selected Prestige to install Mitsubishi mini-splits in our brick row home and I'm so happy I did. This was no doubt going to be a challenging job given the home's age (built in 1884!) and layout, but Neil and Jimmy pulled off the impossible. No visible lines inside and they never touched my beautiful crown molding. I had received quotes from three different companies all in a similar ballpark, but it was Prestige's customer service from the start that made me select them. From how I was treated during the initial consultation (it was shocking how other companies spoke down to me as a woman or yet others quoting prices without ever seeing my place). Prestige's owner, Shadi, clearly cares about every customer. From the communications by the office staff to the guys working the job every day, Prestige was terrific. I never felt like I was being lied to or that they were making decisions based on what was easiest for them - Neil genuinely cared about us being happy and took a ton of pride in his work. I know our place was super challenging to figure out, but they did it. Last night was the first night with the units running and OMG, why did I wait so long to do this? Heaven. Silent, chilly, heaven :)

Prestige installed a ductless heating and AC system in my pre-war apartment. Their technicians took on a project at my pre-war building that two other service providers refused to attempt.

My building has narrow alleyways and spaces that are difficult to access but Prestige did the work ahead of schedule and took another day to make sure my Mitsubishi is operating perfectly. Their service was extremely professional, reliable and personal.

I would highly recommend this provider to anyone who has a difficult installation project or needs technicians who are trained to work with technically sophisticated equipment. Prestige was the right choice for my project!

Based on previous central AC installation experience, we requested Prestige to replace our heating furnace. Again, we were extremely happy with the service. Shadi provided fair estimate, tech Jose worked so hard and finished work on time, and Fatima was available for questions and request all the time. Prestige is a highly reliable and trustworthy company.

I had my air conditioner and dryer vents serviced by Prestige Air and I am very happy with the work they did. They were easy to work with and they got the appointment scheduled in a short amount of time. They were on time, professional, and efficient. When Neil and Z arrived, they explained every step of the work they would be doing. They were very friendly, thorough, and helpful. I will use them moving forward and would recommend them to others.

We have had several HVAC companies stop by our home to try and resolve an issue we were having on our second level. All other companies either advised that they weren't sure what could be done, could not perform the work, or it would be extremely involved and costly to fix the problem.

Shadi stopped by and provide a wonderful solution. It saved us time, money, and most importantly the new system is wonderful. Both Nicole & Fatima at the office were amazing with communication. The tech who stopped by to install the system was extremely caring of our home putting down drop cloths and cleaning up after himself when he was done. We highly recommend Prestige Air & Cooling when looking for a company that will deliver.

From the initial consultation with Shoddy , the follow ups from Fatima in the office and the installation technician’s Larry and Miguel, the service was exceptional . I would highly recommend Prestige Plumbing to anyone seeking quality service.

We needed to replace windows in our 92 year old home and didn’t want to ruin new windows with several individual air conditioners. We decided it was time to research the possibility of installing central air instead. After reading rave reviews for Prestige Air we scheduled an appointment to see if it was even possible in our home with plaster walls and limited closets. Shadi arrived having already familiarized himself with the size and layout of our home. He went through our home with us, assured us it could be done, and explained the logistics of it all. He was very thorough and we immediately felt confident that he was someone we could trust and easily work with. He didn’t pressure us to make a decision, but rather encouraged us to get other estimates. He already felt like family, and we had just met. We received a very reasonable estimate within hours.
Installation was scheduled with Prestige. Larry and Arbie arrived promptly, prepared the work space, and covered the carpeted steps. They worked so diligently all week and cleaned up every area as they went along. Larry was amazing! He was able to run ductwork into areas we did not think was possible while accessing minimal closet space. The young men were talented, polite and respectful to us and our home, and a joy to have around! We were actually sad when the installation was completed!
After the electricity was connected, Shadi returned to turn on and test the entire system. About two weeks later he called to check if all was still fine. Shadi is a man of his word and followed through with everything he said he would do. We are so happy with our decision to go with Prestige Air and would be happy to give give them the 10 stars they so deserve! Thank you, Mike and Lucy
