Prestige was great to work with and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They redid the ductwork in our downstairs and installed a new furnace and AC unit on short notice. When the equipment was delayed, they went out of their way to find a new supplier to get the job done so we had AC in the summer. While they weren't the cheapest option, they were definitely the best combination of quality and price by a wide margin. Super professional, great service as well.

From start to finish, Prestige was wonderful to work with. Fatima and the rest of the office staff are so friendly and professional. They went above and beyond answering my emails and calls immediately. Shadi was great — explained everything during the estimate and had the paperwork to us right away. Moe and his “A Team” were terrific! They did a great job installing our mini-split and kept the house spotless! Can’t say enough great things about this company!

Our A/C died in between heat waves and I had to scramble to find someone to replace it. I reached out to five or six companies for quotes. Prestige gave me, by far, the highest level of confidence and a good price. I got a strong sense that the owner, Shadi, genuinely cares about ensuring his customers are satisfied. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done ahead of schedule. A few weeks later when we found we had one room that wasn't getting cool enough, they came and took care of it in a timely manner at no additional charge.

i got the Mitsubishi mini~split.
Service was great, although we had a problem with the 1st install date due to the fact i have an older home and the rafters were less than the standard 16 inches in width which we discovered when the ceiling was opened.
I got a contractor to cut and reinforce the opening and the install went flawlessly. Installer explained how the system worked and its' features
I ended up getting the unit at the tail end of the Summer and only used it a couple of days thus far, but it's a great system and not even noticeable since it's in the ceiling

Prestige just finished installing our ductless air conditioning system. We couldn’t be more happy. The entire process was a pleasure from the gentleman who did the estimate to Shadi and Fatima and the men who did the install. We felt comfortable from the beginning with no pressure once we were giving an estimate. We had a few other estimates and Prestige had a very competitive price and better equipment. You can call the office with any question or concern and you get a quick response. The work was seamless and looks great and they left no mess. We will recommend them to our friends and family.
