A few days ago, Larry and Miguel came to install our AC unit.
We were very concerned about the installation because we just painted the walls. They listened and delivered as expected.
They were very respectful when I asked them to use their mask inside of our house.
The left everything clean.
They tried to be as quiet as they could, which was really appreciated.
They clearly know what they are doing.
And overall it was a great experience.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Lea and Ahmad. They were both very informative and explained everything to me with no issues. It was such a pleasure working with them.

Wow, where do I start. I started my AC journey last summer but decided to push it off. Finally decided to do it this summer. Received 3 quotes last year and every company raised their price by $2K except for Prestige, they honored the same price. The whole process was seamless, Fatima in the office kept me in the loop every step of the way and answered any questions I had promptly. I had the Mitsubishi mini spit system installed today and the installer Ahmad was fantastic. Covered all the work areas, wore coverings over his shoes and even covered by 40 gallon fish tank so no debris or dust would fall in. He took the time to explain every thing including using the remote. I plan I installing these units on my second floor next summer and will be definitely calling Prestige. 5 thumbs up! Lea has to be the star employee! She is very professional, considerate, and helpful. She made my whole experience easier. She assured me to not worry and gave me the best information I needed. Certainly a pleasure.

Prestige Air is one of the best A/C vendors I have had the pleasure to call and do work at my home over the past 18 years. From the start of the process when Paul, the salesman who came to my home, to the follow-up calls with Fatima asking for more info about the quote, and the eventual installation of the new A/C system, Prestige has been very professional and honest about their pricing. In fact, of the three quotes I got, Prestige was significantly cheaper and included better equipment (e.g., Trane) and services (2 years of included annual checkups) than their competitors.

Overall, the installation process from start to finish was without drama and completed far quicker than I thought possible. I am looking forward to working with Prestige Air for the years ahead.
