The team over at prestige heating and cooling are amazing. Their customer service is wonderful. Their receptionist Marylyn is very helpful, attentive, and professional. She is courteous to the clients and the company overall is very reliable.

After getting many quotes and meeting with a few different companies, Prestige stood out due to their professionalism and willingness to meet other competitors prices. The entire experience was pleasant: the communication (both via phone and email) was timely and always courteous, they worked with me to accommodate my schedule, and the work itself was done very professionally. The techs who came to replace my HVAC system were meticulous and took their time to make sure everything worked perfectly before they left. They left all the work areas cleaner than they found them. They also made sure to explain how everything worked and that I was satisfied with my new HVAC equipment.
Overall, this is an excellent company and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to replace their HVAC system.

We called around to about 5 other companies but ultimately selected Prestige Air, and I am so pleased! All of the ladies in the office are super sweet and helpful. They submitted paperwork for the permits, answered all our questions (we had a lot), and helped us schedule final inspections. The techs that came to install our system (3 heads and a condenser) were polite and worked cleanly and quickly. We also used their electrician partners who arrived early and finished quickly. We highly recommended their services!!

Did our whole new house renovation HVAC. Shadi picked up the phone at 6:30 AM, crazy gotta love mom & pop shops that are still involved when they expand. Installed a 4 ton unit next day. Employees were super clean and professional. No headache, no mess. God bless you angels!

I had a Trane communicating multi-zone system that was very unreliable. While seeking estimates to replace the entire system, Prestige proposed a design that allowed me to keep my three zones while using other standard Trane heating and air conditioning components. The zones are critical to balance the heating/cooling in my split-level home. It works flawlessly. The owner and installers were very professional and knowledgeable, replacing the system in two days. Highly recommended.
