Everyone that we worked with at Prestige was wonderful. It was very easy to schedule an estimate to replace our AC and furnace. They use top of the line appliances like American Standard, and scheduling the replacement was easy as well. Our technicians were on time and worked really hard to install everything quickly. I used Prestige Air to replace the old inoperative central air system in my home. Their quote came in less than 2 other companies I reached out to, and their team arrived on time, and did a great job on the install. I would recommend Prestige Air to any of my friends or family who need an HVAC contractor.

I'm really happy with my decision to go with Prestige for my central air install. Shadi and his team took their time to make sure that everything was clear and as expected. The installers (led by Danny) were great and took great care in their work. Fatima and Amanda were always kind and very responsive to my questions and requests.

After the install, one of Shadi's team members had to drop something off at my house, and we had a conversation on the work that I'd had done. After explaining more about how he'd met Shadi when he was in another role, he said 'Shadi is one of the most ethical people I've encountered.' and explained that's why he joined the Prestige team. Thus far, that's been true in my interactions with Shadi and Prestige.

The price was reasonable and the installers were fantastic. They put in a new AC system and new gas furnace. They deal in Trane products which are very well rated and reliable products.

To say that I am a satisfied customer doesn’t begin to tell the story. Every person I have interacted with at this company was truly professional and obviously had a great deal of pride working for Prestige. Shadi, the president, was honest, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. He was responsible for saving us money on the project by making a crucial recommendation. All the personnel that came to our home employed a high level of safety in addition to making sure their work areas were clean and their shoes were covered. They also showed up exactly when they said they would be there.

I have had my share of contractors promising the world and then not delivering. I have to say that this company delivers much more than expected

I had Prestige run new ductwork and install central AC in my existing home. It was an old home and the attic was a little tight but techs Larry and Lee made it happen, they also helped me remove a well rooted shrub to make space for the condenser unit outside. I had a zoning system installed as well, 1st Fl and 2nd Fl but it does result in a louder blowing sound from the vents when the system is running. Shadi, the owner and the people at the office are very respectful, professional and very pleasant to work with. The only constructive criticism I have is that the techs should be more careful to not leave behind the cutouts of sheetrock that get removed for the vents as I found numerous pcs in my attic. Also, their truck should never be parked in front of and block the entrance of a driveway. This can be very inconvenient especially for those who have young kids and infants. Other than the minor town inspection failure, which they addressed right away, they did a nice job and my system seems to be working well. Overall I am satisfied with Prestige and would recommend them.
