The pricing and the value of the Mitsubishi 5 head system and compressor I got was great! Very competitive. The installation got off to a slow start and took a little longer than it should but it was done in a week's time. It worked great the first week of a heatwave but then the system conked out two weeks later when another heatwave hit. I contacted them that night and a service person came quickly the next day afternoon. They recharged the refrigerant and it started working again thankfully but not to the same level as I first felt it did. I let them know and they were very responsive and had another serviceman, Ahmad, come and he spent a few hours checking the whole system and did a complete rebalancing of the refrigerant system. Overall, while it wasn't a a flawless experience I think they made up for the setbacks by being very responsive and tried to correct the problems as quickly as they could, thus the 4 out of 5 stars. It was a pleasure dealing with Fatima over the phone in with permit issues or reporting any issues I had. I would definitely recommend Prestige Air.

We can not say enough about the professionalism and promptness of Prestige Air Heating & Cooling. From the start of the process (estimate) to the scheduling of the inspections. The install was clean, the guys left no mess, and they checked all the temperatures for existing vents. Top-notch quality and customer care!

Prestige did an excellent job from start to finish. They were timely, flexible and professional at all levels - from the estimate to the office staff to the installers. They delivered on their promise and made it easy to do business with them.

Vito and his team were contracted by my GC for a basement remodel. He ended up not only moving some ducts but also replacing the existing HVAC unit and installing a brand new unit in my attic. They had the great idea of using mechanical dampers to create a second zone off the one downstairs HVAC for the basement. This was being done during winter months and he provided portable heaters for the first floor while they were working. Vito was always responsive and helped out with some unforeseen issues along the way.

I needed A/C maintenance, I contacted the company & Marylyn responded to all my questions. All is well now and we are very grateful for their amazing service and great costumer service! Marylyn thank you for you’re patience with me!

Hired Prestige Air anew for my HVAC replacement and as was my experience with the furnace replacement two years ago, everything went smoothly from permit request, job schedule, actual work on site, and inspections. They work site was kept organized and everything was clean and disposed without issues. And same with Fatima and Nicole last time, working with Marylyn on payment and schedules and follow-ups are always a pleasant experience. Thank you again. I have referred you on NextDoor and I wish Shadi nothing but the best.

Just had my 30+ year old heating furnace replaced by Shadi's team. Everyone in the group was a pleasure to work with. From initial visit by Paul, to installation by Fernando, and follow-up by Ahmad, the experience was above and beyond. The work is completed in a day and work site is cleaned up nicely afterwards. Lastly, reaching out to Fatima and Nicole for questions and follows up are always met with courtesy and promptness. Thank you Shadi for a great team and for the wonderful service.

From the moment I heard back from Prestige, I knew they were the company we were going to go with for our Air Conditioning project. When Shadi arrived at our home to go over the project, my husband said that he felt like he knew him for years. Making us feel comfortable with that large of a project was especially comforting as we are first-time homeowners!

Working with Fatima was also a pleasure. No question was too big or too small and we always got a response from her. Added bonus: Fatima helped facilitate all the permits needed so that I didn’t have to run around doing it myself.

When the project began, Shadi and his team arrived on-time and got right to work. The guys were so polite and careful with every aspect of the installation. If they ever left, whether to get lunch or it was the end of the day, they let us know and told us when they would be back. Most of the time, they were back way before the time mentioned and were even early on some mornings. They even worked an 8-9 hours day in pouring rain, just so the job could get done in time!

We couldn’t be any happier with the work that was done on the installation of the AC units. We definitely made the right choice by going with Prestige Air Heating & Cooling.
