When we decided to install mini splitter in our master bedroom I called few AC companies. I chose the Prestige Air&Heat and it was absolutely the best choice I made.
Paul, who did the estimate was very professional, and very friendly and explained all my options in details.
The ladies in the office Marylyn, Yudy, Fatima were amazing. They were calling and updated me on progress of obtaining the permit almost every day.
On the day of installation the technician Ahmad showed up exactly at 8 am. He did outstanding job. Very clean, very professional work. After the job was done he explained me in details on how to operate the AC with remote control.
After work was done the ladies from the office called me and asked if I have any questions.
All the paperwork including registering my new AC for the factory warranty, scheduling inspection etc… we’re done by the office.
Overall I had amazing, care free experience.
By the way I forgot to mention that Prestige Air & Heat also provided me with 3 years labor warranty.
I really feel that the company take pride on what they are doing .
And the price for the installation was very very compatible vs other companies.
I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and families.

I was a little hesitant to call them because I had never heard of the company before, but they were very friendly on the phone and set up a time for someone to come out to my house. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. My family’s first contact with the company was with Paul who came to give an estimate . He is so knowledgeable and professional. He patiently answered all our questions and concerns and discussed all possible options and made suggestions that were appropriate for our situation. He has such a warm personality it’s like talking to another family member.He sent me emails that helped me decide on the heating and cooling units that worked best for my house. everybody else in the company that I had contact with are all pretty much very accommodating and warm- The owner Shadi, came to the job site and solved an issue that same day. Prestige replaced my dual mini-split system. Communication was great throughout the whole process. They dealt with the town permits. Installers came in on scheduled date/time and did a great job. My new system works great. I’ll be checking in with them first for future HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

We recently worked with Prestige to install a Trane Condenser and new air handler. Paul was great to work with friendly and kept in constant communication with me to make this decision. We quoted several AC companies and was impressed by the warranty and value compared to other brands.

The thing that sold me was Prestige sending someone to check our ducting which we were quoted for from another company. No one else did that for us!

When their workers came to install, they were right on time, clean, and very professional. They answered all our questions and started installation on the day they said they would and within the window of time they said they would, no delays or other excuses.
