Last year I needed to replace our 5ton condenser. I got quotes from a few companies including one big name in the area. Decided to go with the smaller outfit that seemed family-owned and operated. That’s Prestige. My first conversation with Fatima showed me that I wasn’t just a name to process. She was friendly, super-efficient, and very responsive to my questions. The quote was clear and competitive. Fatima took care of the permit paperwork and in order to expedite I swung by the office to pick up the packet. A treat to meet Fatima who was as real in person as on the phone. Day of install, two guys were super professional and got the job done well! For my next ductless mini-split project I trusted Prestige to give me a fair quote and didn’t waste time comparing. The installer took his time ensuring that every step was done well. Months later I had a problem, or so I thought. Fatima sent out the same installer who patiently explained what my user error was causing. No charge for the quick advice/visit well after the sale! We were very fortunate to have selected Prestige Air Heating Cooling to install a new Central Air Conditioning system in our home two years ago. Up until July 13, 2022, our air conditioning system worked fine. But on that date the system malfunctioned, and we called Prestige for service and they responded immediately. The senior technician found the problem and had to order certain brand new replacement parts from the manufacturer and, in the meantime, was able to provide a temporary fix to allow us to get cool air until the new parts under warranty arrived. When the new parts arrived they were installed immediately. All is well now and we are very grateful to Prestige for their outstanding service.

We were referred to Prestige by a friend after talking to several other companies. We decided to move forward with Prestige based on the referral and also the better value as their estimate was lower than other bigger companies. The whole process was excellent from beginning to end. When our inspector identified some issues with the installation (which were solely due to our previous contractor), Shadi and his team made the necessary changes to get us past inspection at no additional cost. Fatima and Yudy are also to be commended for being in constant communication during our project. Would highly recommend working with this company and be confident that they will do a great job at what will probably also be a lower cost.

Its been wonderful experience using Prestige Air service for Installing New AC unit in the Attic space. It was tight space to take the unit in, but the technician said that we will break the air handler into two parts and then combine into one unit in the attic. The service was professional, clean and they were responsive for any of my queries.
