Did call before appointment time, said they were running late. But able to help in a pinch. kitchen Sink clogged. was able to come the next morning. Little pricy but for emergency work, I can't complain. was able to clear the clog, And Tim and his helper was very informative, they do know their Trade. Tim also replaced my HVAC as well. Good Guy.

We had issues with our outdoor ac unit. I called Tim and he was out the next day after talking options we decided to upgrade our entire system. They provided a lot of details and they were back out the very next day and installed the new furnace and ac unit and took away all the scrap. He also sent before and after photos since I was not home. Very pleased with the quality of work and we definitely highly recommend

The tech, Tim, was very professional, he took his time to explain the problem, possible solutions and allow me to select the best option. He took his time to get the work done, and also took his time to make sure his solution was effective before billing me. Over all very good.

Tim was extremely professional and punctual. He explained things clearly to not only me, but my parents as well, which was 3 separate times. He made sure we understood the issue and gave us advice going forward.

We have a basement bathroom with pit and ejector pump. Tim came in the afternoon on the same day I called to check it out. We realized that after 9 years the sump pump was shot. By 8am the next morning Tim was back with a new pump and performed the job within an hour. We used ALL-American before which is why we decided to call them again. We were not disappointed, once again. Would recommend Tim and ALL-American anytime!

The contractor Tim provided excellent service. He was on time, courteous and proficient. Tim's professionalism, dedication and attention to detail was superb. I have never had contractor that excelled in their trade like this gentleman. I highly recommend this company and contactor to anyone!

Great first time experience working with All American. They were responsive, prompt, and courteous working to diagnosis the repairs needed. I wasn't sold on things I didn't need just received an honest explanation which is rare. Thank you again for your assistance!

Tim was timely, communicative and professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and immediately resolved our issue at a fair price.
He educates you on the issue and describes his services thoroughly on his invoices which was important to us while selling our house.

5/5/23- called book an appointment for 11-1p. Apptmnt was scheduled a week in advanced.. The plumber calls the day of service at 9:30a advising his appointment ended early and can they come now. Told them no, not prepared let’s keep original time 11-1… ask plumber to wear face mask.. he said he doesn’t have one, I told him I have one , no problem. Received a text 7 minutes before 11a plumber said he’s running behind schedule, won’t be finished for couple of hours, need to schedule for next week. .. **this business canceled bc they did not want to wear a mask**. .. I would not recommend this business.

I'm very pleased with the service I received. The technician was not only pleasant and professional but he also was informative about how he was going to assess the problem and also had back up options incase. I was also informed what to do to help the problem from happening again. Thanks again Tim!!!
