Have Been Using All American Plumbing HVAC for years now. Tim is so very nice. Always on time and does excellent work. He always gets back to you right away. I would recommend him to everyone that needs services done.

For 2300 dollars to install a 40 gallon water heater,a drain pan should have been installed and Bradford white water heater instead of lowes house brand at 35000 btus as opposed to 40000 but more efficient unit should have been used.Isnt a drip pan code at this point in time in nj?The water heater is 569.00 at lowes,1700.00 for 1.5 hours labor?

Excellent work! Replaced new bathroom faucet and drain pipe. Replaced drain in 2nd bathroom. Replaced outside spigot.
