Recently my 92 year old mother-in-law's A/C failed. The temperature in her house rapidly approached dangerous levels. I contacted Tim and he and his team promptly, efficiently and professionally installed a new unit for her the very next day. Even though I live in GA, Tim kept me informed through every step of the process. I highly recommend this business for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

This is the second HVAC unit I had All American Plumbing install. They did such a great job with my first floor HVAC, I had absolutely no reservations calling them when my second floor HVAC reached it's end-of-life.

An excellent local company in south Jersey! Tim and partner came on time to install the Goodman central air unit. They did thoroughly with details attention. They completed the job with integrity, accountability, and responsibility. I always call them when I have plumbing, heating, or cooling problem.

I can’t tell you how professional this company came off to me I am big on customer service and they went over and above the call of duty to take care of all my needs. I called them at 6 o’clock in the evening they stopped over checked out my AC unit and told me that they will be back first thing in the morning around 530 6 o’clock they were right on time on both occasions they did a neat job they cleaned up after themselves and they were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to someone. They were compassionate about their job and they understood my concerns and they made my life so much easier by them recommending the right product for my home. Scheduled an appointment for 4:30. At 4:50 I texted to follow up to make sure someone was coming. I was told someone had called me earlier to tell me they weren't going to be able to make it, yet I had no missed calls or voicemails. In addition, at 9AM the day of my appt. I texted asking what forms of payments they accepted, received a reply and no mention of canceling my appt. was made. I requested to leave work early to make sure I was here by 4:20 as I value people's time and responsibilities. If I had actually received a call or a text, I wouldn't be writing this review. I need someone reliable, therefore I will not be contacting them again.

Please check the number you called/texted. You must have double booked because we did not have that text exchange. You must have texted someone else. I'll be happy to share a screenshot of my text history. Also, I sent a very polite text back AFTER you responded to my 4:50 text, and never received a reply.

They did a great job! They worked real fast and professional when I need plumbing services again I will definitely call again.

Made an appointment online in the beginning of the week for an evening appointment. Was called immediately and told they don’t have evening hours (?!) and tried insisting coming out in the morning. I repeatedly told this rather rude man that those hours won’t work for me because I’m a nurse. Settled for 1st thing Saturday. Here I am waiting. Got a text saying their truck is broken and they might be late or have to cancel. I texted back: cancel appt. Waited. No reply. Called them. Again a rude guy answered, told me he got the text. No apologies, no offer to reschedule. Really unprofessional. Called another local plumber. Dispatcher said they will be here THIS MORNING guaranteed. Well, all this transpired within this hour and the other business is pulling up right now, as promised.
