Tim an his Co-worker showed up as schd. I’ve now worked with Tim since I moved into this house 6 yrs ago. They were very professional. He Found that I needed more than just my Furnace replaced back in 2017. But the entire HVAC system. They worked hard, quoted me a reasonable figure an did great job in clean up. I would use them again an plan to. I did my homework on the Goodman system installed and the price quoted.
And YEP it was ALL above board an fair. I’d recommend them if you do not already have someone you trust. They’re e good at what they do. An today Nov 5th 2021 I called them to look at my hot water tank . They came right over an took care of it. Dependable an always fair. I highly recommend them.

Unreliable. Called ALL American on Friday the 19th to make an appointment for my 84 year old mother. He told her he'd come on Tuesday morning at 9:00 am. He then called Tuesday right before the appointment and cancelled. Never bothered to reschedule or call back. So we called another company on Wednesday. They told us they could be there in 15 minutes. Hard to believe I know...I was surprised. This guy actually showed up in 15 minutes like he said he would and made the repair in less than half an hour. There are much more professional choices out there.

I’ve been using All American Plumbing for several years and I have found Tim to be very knowledgeable and efficient. He is friendly, always on time and has never steered me wrong on a job. I highly recommend this company.

I called on a Monday morning and in less than 2 hours a service tech showed! He was informative and seemed to know his work well. Gave me good advice for future services for my Goodman system. Best of all he was able to find the issue and fix my AC on the spot. Needed a startup capacitor. Fair price for emergency service too.

The fan went out on my AC unit around 4 pm on a Saturday. I called several known places and was told by all that the earliest they could come out was Sunday afternoon. That's not going to work when it is 90+ degrees outside with high humidity. I called All American and was told by Tim that he would be there in about two hours. He showed up on time and thoroughly inspected the unit. I braced myself for an expensive repair (and possibly having to wait for ordered parts) but Tim discovered that it was just the fan's conduit that had burned out and he replaced it on site. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend All American.

Timothy and his team were very professional in all aspects. Took time to explain how and why about all the installations. They are on time and dependable. I would definitely recommend this company.

I purchased a new hot water tank and then found All American Plumbing using Google search. Tim offered to come out the very next morning. He arrived on time and completed the hot water tank install within a few hours which also involved replacing a small area of water damaged plywood flooring in a tight space. He removed the old tank and it was picked up within a few hours and removed from my property. Nice guy and professional. I called Tim several times the day before and also the day the work was scheduled and every time, he answered his phone within a few rings. The price was a little high but they came out in less than 24 hours and did a great job. Much appreciated.
