Highly recommend Tim @ All American for HVAC repairs and installation.

The only reason they have all of the 4+ star reviews is because they block and delete most of the really bad reviews. My mom has left 2 reviews and they are not available. We are in negative temperatures with a less than 1 year old boiler system and we have no heat or hot water. We have had another company come out and informed us that all of the piping was incorrect and has to be replaced. Our landlord has sank thousands of dollars into this company for poor quality, inaccurate work and now has to go through a different company to fix the mistakes that Tim has made. Definitely do not recommend!!

Update: Tim said they are definitely not the company we used. They 100% are, let me refresh your memory, Tim-we had to continuously call you back to fix the problem that you caused and you told our landlord to kick us out…. Which he would never do!

Always a great experience when I call All American Plumbing HVAC. Tim is very professional and knowledgeable. Always on time and explains exactly what is needed to complete the job.

I know there are some negative reviews on here, and I rarely bother reviewing yet felt compelled to do so with All American HVAC . I called on a Monday, explained my valve leak under the sink to Tim, and he said “under $200”. Meanwhile, Filan O’Connor wanted $400! Tim and his apprentice were on time the next morning, super fast, and fixed the problem perfectly without any fuss.I even got a text saying they were on their way with their gps! AND it was $189 INCLUDING tax. Now if that’s not good business, I don’t know what is. I would highly recommend these guys based on my experience this morning! I called for a leaking water heater. Tim showed up about an hour after I called. He checked on the issue, and returned with a new unit within the hour. He completed the install, and everything works great. Now all of this was done while I was at work. So the communication was great! Didn’t even get to thank the guys in person. But THANK YOU!

I have know complaints came on time and resolved my problems. Mr. Tim was a true blessing 🙌 to me and my family.

He installed the gas line for my stove a few months ago and I knew by the interaction, if I needed anything HVAC or plumbing, he would be the first one I would call. Tim takes time to explain everything. He's friendly, honest, and professional. Though no one wants to hear you need a new furnace but due to safety concerns and being at the end of it's lifespan, I'm glad I won't have to worry about the upcoming winter. Very thankful to Tim who was at our house within 30 minutes on Christmas Eve when our heater broke. He was able to replace our heater the same day so we could spend Christmas at home.
