We had a new bathroom floor installed and when the toilet was put back water wasn’t flowing to it. Called Tim, he came out and replaced the water line and fill valve, all is good again. I only call Tim for plumbing and HVAC issues

Tim was great. He got the job done and I am so very pleased with the garbage disposal installation job he did for us. We will be using Tim for all our plumbing jobs. I will recommend him to everyone

Said they would be there at 8 am. Came an hour late but no phone call to say they were running late. Was told service charge was $79 to come out, but they charged us $119. They spent 10 min looking at the AC. We had installed a new thermostat and he said we blew the computer board and it would be $1000. I looked online and found a new board for $170. Anyway, we called and got another company to come out and within 10 min he had the AC working. Said the wiring at the unit was wired incorrectly (we had not touched the wiring at the unit). I would not recommend them. They were trying to rip us off!

UPDATE: Our thermostat was not "Ripped off the wall". It was a brand new one installed on the wall properly. When we called for the service call we were not given a "three hour window" - we were told they would be there at 8 am.

My buyer clients had an 8am appt with Tim booked for at least a week or two, for 8am today. He called them yesterday to let them know he wouldn't be on time, but didn't give a time. She took off work, waited until 11:15 am and he didn't call again or show. Not only was her time wasted, but also her money from not being able to work waiting around for him all morning. I will NOT refer this company to ANY of my buyers or sellers moving forward. Horrible experience due to lack of professionalism, communication, and no respect for others schedules/time.

Tim was great. I called him because my a.c. wasn't blowing cold air. He came out the next morning and inspected the unit. He determined that the condenser grill was dirty and that I needed Freon. He cleaned it, added 2 lbs of Freon and it works great. Tim explained everything and didn't push buying a new unit. He is knowledgeable and does great work. I would definitely recommend him.

Always great service! I have used them for plumbing and HVAC service. My plumbing problem was horrific! Other plumbers could not solve my issue but All American pushed through; literally to solve it! 5 STARS!!

I had a wonderful experience getting a new unit installed prior to this heat wave. They were qualified, knowledgeable and precise. They arrived on time and worked non-stop until the unit was installed. Tim called several times after to make sure that the unit was maintaining the temperature. I would recommend this company. They were over the top excellent. Many thanks.

Tim and Tom are excellent plumbers who repaired our sewer drain that runs beneath our concrete slab. A big job. They were efficient and hardworking. They even repaired our vent that was rotted from old age. A nice added bonus. Highly recommend for any big jobs that require competent technicians.
