Carl went over options with my wife and I. After we decided what unit we wanted we were scheduled for installation immediately. Techs were prompt and very knowledgeable. They installed and tested the equipment, then cleaned up the site. Before leaving, they reviewed usage and maintenance options going forward.
All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Matt was very friendly and helpful. Matt explained everything to me while he was working. When it started to rain outside he said with a smile, “everything is waterproof”. I will definitely deal with this company again for preventative maintenance. Now my hvac system is fixed and I have cool air flowing through my house thanks to Matt.

CBM was 5 Star! They were called that our heater was not working on Christmas Day. They were on it immediately. We needed a new heater due to the heat exchange separated. The unit was ordered the next day and four very professional installers came out, explained, removed old unit and installed the new unit. CBM followed up to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend CBM and we will use them again for any HVAC issues and will recommend them to anyone needing service.

We've been having problems with our heater for months and my regular heating guy couldn't figure it out. During the recent cold spell and a couple days before Christmas it stopped working all together. So I decided to try CBM. They were able to get here promptly and, not only fixed the problem but took it a step further to figure out why the part went bad and to ensure it didn't happen again. Thank you Carl and Ed.

From beginning to end- very professional and responsive! I lost my heat right before winter. They helped me get a new furnace and ac installed quickly while also convertIng from oil to gas. I am sure I drove them crazy with my questions- but they never showed it. Carl helped guide me through the steps to get what I needed in a good time frame. Every person I interacted with (technicians and office) was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I can’t thank them enough!!

My heat stop working and I googled hvac companies near me. I read through the list and saw CBM. I called them on Sunday and they can out on Monday and fixed my issue in less than one hour. I was so pleased with the service from start to finish, I told my neighbors about them. I would definitely use them for all my hvac needs.
