1/2 )They were not competent or familiar with my Rheem tankless water heater. They charged $230 for a diagnostic that I had already figured out from 5 minutes of googling. They should have been upfront that they don't work with this system. Waste of time and money.

2/2) I never received a follow up from the technician and I'm still waiting on the diagnostic report. Customer service was unable to help.

Really great service by Chris M from Service Professionals. He provided clear information about what was needed and how it got. Was very courteous to those in the home at the time. Area was left cleaner than he found it. And no lingering issues days later. Will definitely use in the future.

This company came same day and diagnosed problem. Tech came back the next day to disable water softener unit so that water for the house could be turned back on. They were knowledgeable and polite, as well as efficient. Highly recommend

The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions.

Highly expensive service. They will provide you upfront price of $69/- but when the technician arrives he will charge extra ordinary rate for me he charged 375/- just for diagnostic. And for just change the p-trap he quoted almost 1000/-. It’s a ripoff.
