Adam was very kind and patient. After evaluating our situation, he explained our options, and carefully answered all our questions. He made the arrangements for the options we chose to implement.

Needed drain cleaning. On phone asked customer service rep if they can remove the toilet to get to the drain she replied yes and everything would be $169. Service tech came out and stated it would be $300 to unscrew and remove the toilet and then the $169 for the cleaning. Service tech stated they will not tell you over the phone it is $300 to remove the toilet for you. Total scam waste of time. DO NOT USE

I feel very fortunate to have found Service Professionals. They are everything you want out of a home maintenance and repair company. Everyone I have interacted with since I purchased my home in September has been professional, knowledgeable, responsive, caring, kind, and downright great at what they do. And Zak Scola is no different. I purchased a historic property (built in 1892) and I have been having some difficulty getting my steam radiator system under control. Zak came in and almost immediately discovered the root of the problem. He not only addressed the issues, but patiently walked me through everything that needed to be done to rectify the issues and also everything I need to do to maintain my heating system. That is something I truly appreciate as I am the kind of person who wants to know everything. I tend to hang around, observe what is being done, ask questions, and so on. I would annoy me LOL! Not the Service Professionals team, though. They are extremely patient and communicative. They are rockstars!!! Do yourself a favor. Hire them!!!

The technician showed up on time and looked under the sink and saw that we had an outlet for the electrical. He then proceeded to use his hand held pad to give me a quote, which I could not get from my first call into the main number. I was quoted a price of $906. plus taxes to install our already purchased top of the line garbage disposal and all the required fittings. When I told the tech he was "OUT OF HIS MIND" and that I thought he had best call the office to confirm. Well, he did call and then I was told he could do the job for $550. At that time I asked how long did he think it would take him to do the work and he responded with what I thought was a reasonable answer of a couple of hours. When I said I thought the fee should be more like $350-400 he said "We a a large company with amny employees and that is what we charge. TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE.
This company is totally unprofessional and I would warn the public to go elsewhere. Bye the way, the internet gives a general cost for what this service should cost and for the highest end installer should only be from $250-$350 for this type of installation.

Carlos B. and Tommie B are 2 of the finest technicians youll find anywhere.There both personable and professionable.Dating back a few years ive used them for service on an old Hvac unit, a sewer line in my house,the no dig sewer line replacement in my rental property, instalation of my boiler,an entirely new hvac system in investment property,service of all heating and cooling yearly with the service agreement and most recently instalation of mini splits . There was some disagreement as to where the location of the condenser should go but in the end they put it where it looks best(out of the way and neatly done)
They will never be the cheapest,but the quality and peace of mind knowing they will get the work done right and warranty all parts and labor, with out having to "chase them down" is worth it. They have proven they really are the thumbs up guys.....

One of the worst companies we deal with. We fell for their sales pitch (watch out for David) and their “thumbs up” approach and had them replace all our furnaces, ACs and water heaters in 2021 as well as convert our house from propane to natural gas. NOTHING but problems ever since. We even sprung for their $160 per month service package based on all the issues we’ve had with the new equipment thinking maybe that will help make it better. It hasn’t. First hot day of the season, the main floor AC doesn’t work. They can come for service a week from now, they still might charge us for the truck roll (all under warranty, plus we are “premium members”). Our electric bill has spiked since they installed our systems (which is crazy as they replaced 20 year old equipment)… hmm…. Be wary, buyer beware, run run away.

Ethan did a great job coming here the same day I discovered the water drip from the ceiling. Very professional, courteous, and explained everything.
