Hector was awesome. He identified that there was a leak in our refrigerant line when he came for the diagnostics. He came back promptly once the materials were in to fix the issue. He always made sure to check in on us and follow up to ensure we were getting the right level of service. Our AC is now repaired!

Easy and fast appointment. Hector diagnosed the issue with my heating system quickly, explained everything very clearly to me, then got it back working. Have been dealing with Union Heat for over 7 years. Started with maintenance of original HVAC system. 3 years ago had the entire system upgraded. Hector walked me through the entire process and provided 3 options.
New system was professionally installed and is much more efficient which is reflected in lower electric (AC) and gas (heating) bills in addition to a much more comfortable temperature in the house.
I would highly recommend Union Heat for installation of a new system or for yearly maintenance service.

Best experience ever!!! Union Heat Rocks! Hector worked on our Oil to Gas boiler conversion project. It was so nice to deal with such an organized individual. We ended up getting a Navien Combi boiler. My husband was not that convinced at first because he is old school and believes oil burns hotter than gas. But, after Hector put this unit up for us we couldn't believe our eyes, it heats our house perfectly for a fraction of the cost. We don't regret going this route one bit. Thank you again for putting us on the right path to make the right decision. Your professionalism from start to finish is greatly appreciated!!

Union Heat has provided excellent and timely service. Hurricane Ida messed up my furnace engine. I was given options to fix my furnace and Hector was very understanding and helpful. I had ask to put a used engine and found out I was given a brand new one for the same price.. Thank you so much for the great news.. I came to a warm home. Hector was nothing short of amazing. Just bought a home and learned my furnace stopped working. I had do many consultations that resulted in quotes that lead to me replacing the entire unit along with my cooling system. When Hector came in, he confirmed that issue was the blower and in the diagnostic, was able to appropriately and quickly address the issue. He also provided education around the unit and why it did not need to be replaced and was in full working order.

Hector was extremely professional & thorough. Provided a ton of education and knowledge - as a first time home owner, this was very valuable to me. They will be the first group I call for HVAC assistance going forward.
