Service Professionals

Had a drain clog that was taken care of, and had main drain line to sewer, inspected via camera. Both services were done by techs that were professional and courteous. If needed, I would use Service Professionals again.

We had a new A/C system installed. The technicians were professional and did a wonderful job. Plus they were on time, polite and left the basement spotless!!

Comfort Advisor Chris from beginning to end was thoroughly professional, astute, and courteous during my meeting with him. The gentleman broke down everything I needed to know in regards to how to best resolve my heating issue, and showed a remarkable level of sincere honesty I had not come across with any other HVAC service in the past. A special kudos, and thank you to Ashley, Jake, and Tommy are also in order with realizing the solution in a timely manner, and with similar attributes as well. An elite service company all around!

Joel was great - very professional and courteous. Answered all my questions with patience so I completely understood everything. Will definitely use Service Professionals again.

John Q was very helpful, very nice, fully explained everything about our system and how it works. He was very nice to our dog who was scared at first, and made sure to cover his boots before coming inside. He deserves a raise!

John Farley replaced my water heater on December12, 2022 and returned on 4/3/2023 to review the Old Bridge Township Plumbing Inspector's FAILURE Report. He viewed the report requiring necessary replacement of venting piping as the building code had recently. John discussed professionally and made arrangements for the required venting replacement from the heater on my level one, through my level two, level three, and roof boot. John's assistance has been professional however I don't yet consider the job done and therefore hesitate to give a final evaluation. Work is scheduled for Monday, May 8.

Work was completed. Now waiting for final Old Bridge Building Dept INSPECTION this Friday!

The plumber from Service Professionals was very friendly and very though. He worked very efficiently and made sure we were satisfied with the work prior to his departure. I highly recommend this company.

Technician was courteous, explained everything needed to be done for perfection. He was neat and efficient. Great job! He did everything needed to correct the problem even to the point of looking like a grease monkey to get the job done right!
