Plumber arrived on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me options for how to fix the problem of main water shut-off not working properly. He provided info on cost and then set up an appointment for me the next day.

Losing your hot water can be an unsettling experience but Service Professionals handled it perfectly from start to finish. The customer service team was very helpful and ensured that I would have a technician out as soon as possible. Luis, arrived as promised and was courteous, clean and completed my repair timely and expertly. He even took the time to explain everything to me as well. Would definitely recommend!

Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a water leak emergency and he came super quick. The work he did was high grade, high equality, and absolutely fixed the problem. There were no hidden costs as he was very upfront about everting. I highly recommend.

This company is terrific. The same plumber, Ben, who gave me an estimate came back this week to do the job. He wore booties, put down tarps everywhere he walked and cleaned up after he was done, even doing some vacuuming. The work, itself, was very professionally done. He took out and replaced a toilet and replaced pipes in the shower. He also installed a new faucet. Everything was done in one day, including clean up. He was here from 9 am to 7 pm.
Sorry for going on, but it's so refreshing to have someone do exactly what they promised.

Zak was able to fix our boiler, despite the challenges posed by the age of the system and the difficulty of finding the necessary parts. It's clear that he has a lot of experience in his field, which is a real asset when it comes to diagnosing and repairing complex heating systems like ours.

Our minisplit console had begun leaking water. The technician was very polite and professional. He did not find an obvious issue, but indicated the drain lines may be plugged. He offered to execute their standard maintenance package, which included flushing the lines, as well as cleaning the filters. He offered the discounted rate, even though I did not subscribe to the service plan. The filters did not really need cleaning, but he was unable to offer a service that only consisted of flushing the drain lines. So we went ahead with the package. Some contamination did come out during the flushing, and so far it appears to have solved the problem. I would give 5 stars to the service, but 4 stars for the lack of flexibility in the company's policy.

They have installed a new tankless water tank, a water softener system, and installed water filter system for our refrigerator/ice maker to name a few projects so far. Service Professionals are always quick to respond, always friendly, very respectful of our home and perform an overall wonderful job every time. We have future projects to complete and plan to contact Service Professionals again.

Service Professionals is what their name implies. I was looking to install a mini-split AC/heat pump in two rooms in our home. After talking to too many vendors I realized that I had done business with Custom Air previously and was very happy with their work. Custom Air is now Service Professionals. Custom Air had installed an A/C system in our previous Montclair home. A 100 year old home with no A/C ducts more than 24 years ago. They had done an excellent job then so why not give them a call now. The salesperson came the next day and I signed the contract that same day. Their price included permits and all the electrical work while the others quotes did not and that I would have had to go through the added hassle. With my previous experiences, what other choice could I make?
I did the right thing. I scheduled the job for the next week. They came with an army of five,the same as they did in Montclair. Each person had a specific talent. They had the job done in two days and did the work in a very professional manner. They were fast, courteous, and clean. People you don't mind being in your home. I loved our new A/C system and Service Professionals work ethic. But there's more; two days after being installed the unit was making a noise and I worried I was going to have a problem in getting them to come back. They had installed the compressor on an outside wall and I wondered if it should have been placed on the ground. When they returned the next day they fixed the noise by adjusting the brackets but would have moved it to the ground if the adjustment wouldn’t have fixed the problems.
These are my guys now and this time I won’t wait 24 years to call them again. They do it all. One stop shopping, plumbing, electrical, heat, A/C, maybe even the kitchen sink and anything else you might need, Thank you Service Professionals.
