Peter was excellent and super thorough about explaining all the work needed to install an electric car charger. I had a ton of questions and he answered everything patiently. He was really kind and funny which made the whole process very pleasant!

This is my first experience with this company. They were highly recommended in a "Best Picks" book. While they haven't started work yet, my experience with their representative, Ben L. was terrific. The company called before he came to let me know he was on the way. He was friendly, professional and he wore plastic booties in my house (very thoughtful). He was here for 90 minutes and answered every question that my husband and I asked and gave us an estimate before he left. Plus, he has fantastically long eyelashes!!!. Highly recommend him. An asset to the company.

John explained the process step-by-step and patiently provided answers to all of my questions (and I had many!). He also took the time to provide additional recommendations and things I can do to improve my situation. I will be recommending either one of them for future work. They are top notch. And a shout out to Heather in the office who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a few scheduling and parts hiccups - all resolved timely and with no issues. The service technician John Q was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did the maintenance but also proactively proposed options for long term health of the system. He educated me on the current status and reviewed photos.

On time for an emergency and he knew just what to do. 20 feet unclogged. Saved the evening as company was coming. Will definitely use this service again!

I had an excellent experience with Kevin Schroder from Service Professionals! He worked on my general generator and provided us with insightful information regarding the battery & the oil. Everything he did was very prompt and professional. We will be having Service Professionals come back out to check our A/C and heating unit in the future! Super impressed.

I had old cast iron plumbing changed. They did a great and very clean job. The technicians are very knowledgeable and explain everything they are doing. When you call to make an appointment they are super nice to you and send you reminder texts. I had a great experience using their services.

We have the highest praise for Volodia, Doug, Ed and Karim, who arrived promptly at 8 a.m. for a "one-day job" replacing our entire A/C system and condensers outside, and at the basement and third-floor levels. Almost twelve hours later, without any real breaks in their work, the job was done - impeccably, conscientiously, quietly, thoroughly, efficiently, and respectful of our home and property inside and out. I received a call that the repairman would arrive within 30 minutes which was the in the early time frame. The problem I was experiencing would not occur, of course, which was intermittent buzzing sounds before the unit started. Tom C. took the time to open the blower unit and saw no potential issue there. So he went outside and opened the cover to expose the electrical components. He took the time to test the parts and found the capacitor had deteriorated to half the expected value of +50 Micro F. So he swapped in a newer and better capacitor and added a quick starter to lighten the draw when the compressor kicks in. He had me OK the work at the price before he proceeded. He finished quickly and tested the system operation before he left. I was very satisfied with the service. I have not experienced the issue for 4 days so I am sure that it has been resolved. I was told that the parts and service are waranteed for one year.
