Zak was great! He is professional, knowledgeable and pretty much the only one in the company that was knowledgeable enough to figure out my problem. I would certainly recommend Zak, I am not sure I would recommend the company as a whole. I will say they were all professional, and on time and eager to assist. I just wish Zak was here from the beginning. I think my installation would have gone much smoother and it would have been done correctly from the start.

Doug the comfort advisor us excellent, explained all the options available and made sure we were happy. Jason the tech lead is awesome answered all our questions and made sure our HVAC install went well with no issues. They made sure the carpets were covered and cleaned up afterwards. Furnace that was purchased and installed by Service Professionals is on the fritz. Called, they will have someone here in 3 days.

I don't think so. A company with "Service" in their name should provide a better experience.

Be careful. They spend much $$ money on marketing.

Needed to replace our water heater. Service Professionals were quick with their response and were able to complete the job the same day. Ben was professional and thorough.

Shimul did a great job with a routine service appointment for my AC. He is very professional and spent the time to address any of my issues or concerns and to make sure I was pleased. It was great dealing with him and service professionals. Excellent job!!!

On 02/17/2023, I scheduled an appointment for gas-fired boiler maintenance. Technician John Q arrived on time, thoroughly inspected the unit, explained in-details the maintenance process, and provided area photos of deferred maintenance. John answered all my questions and exhibited patience and a pleasant personality. I was delighted with his service and knowledge of the boiler. Highly recommend John's service.

Joaquin came to give us an estimate and he was thorough and knowledgeable about the building, its rules and the water/gas pipes. He was very good at understanding and answering my questions

We had a backed up sewer line due to tree roots. They proposed a liner solution that they would warranty for 50 years... so I did a lot of research and was actually quite impressed with this invention! It’s essentially building a pipe within the existing pipe. I read the patent and it’s quite amazing actually. So I called my insurance and thank God I was covered up to $10k for my main sewer line and that was about what the estimate was... I took some pictures and some videos. These guys were very accurate and great at explaining everything. They even jetted the inside of the waste line which is the video I uploaded. I showed my entire family in the Clifton area because we’re surrounded with trees and obviously tree roots are a problem for all of us; I just didn’t realize it was my house too! They started around 9AM and were done by around 3PM.

Service Professionals are reliable, courteous, and dedicated! We’ve always had a great experience using them, and recently Bill and Ben completed a tricky project for us, working late until the job was done. The service is always professional and we will definitely choose you when the next project arises!
