With such short notice, he was able to accommodate my family.

VIP Hvac came through. Wasn't sure why my AC wasn't working and after exhausting all avenues of endless possibilities I reached out to VIP Hvac. Hector came within an hour and just like that serviced my dual zone Hvac system and found the problem. After running several tests and noticing that I was out of freon, my AC unit started blowing cold air immediately. Things been running smooth ever since. Check out their service packages. I haven't seen anything like this before. Great service for the price and very knowledgeable as well.

In these very cold weathers, when some of my Radiators didnt work, I was on phone looking for the right technician for over 5 hours! trying to find someone good and experienced who will be able to fix the problem. some of the technicians i called even came down to my house, I paid them a service fee, but they could not help me.
Hector was the first of so many plumbers whom I tried, who gave me a nice amount of time and communicated well and he was the first whom I felt understood me.

Hector arrived promptly and didn’t leave until the problem was fixed. Even instructed me to contact him if I encounter any issues when the heating system is officially turned on for the winter. I can't say enough good things about Hector and VIP HVAC. My furnace was overheating and it had stopped working. Hector was able to fit me in the same day! He walked me through possible items I should check BEFORE he came out. He came later that evening and went through the unit checking everything. He found the issue was the blower fan. He gave me a fair quote and told me he'd be back the next day with the new fan motor and get the unit running.
Well I'm sitting in my living room with a nice a toasty temperature of 70 degrees and I couldn't be happier.

Hector was AMAZING!! The initial call was VERY pleasant. He asked my name, he made sure I got his, he told me he was finishing up with another client and will call me back in a few minutes and he did just that! Communication and service was wonderful! The week of our house warming party, our AC went out, my sister was there visiting so we were all sweating and he came and took care of the issue for us in a beautiful timing!
