Reddit at Wooley Home Solutions is a great service tech who has been to our house on several occasions. He's professional, to the point, and very experienced. I'd highly recommend others using Wooley's service to request him to come out if he's available.

I'm a first time home buyer and our house is 101 years old. The guys at Woodley we're very understanding of my ignorance and helpful by labeling each of the valves on my boiler so my wife and I could troubleshoot it on our own.

The entire team at Woolley exceeded my expectations beyond words. While we are happy with their services at our home, I wasn’t sure about how to expect services on my commercial space which I rent. We had a massive heating system fail and they immediately came to my workspace to assess, recommend proper replacement, and speak with my landlord to resolve. Joe, Avery, and Dave were extremely flexible with my schedule, communicative, clean, and kind. They really took care of the space with caution, professionalism, and a generous hand. They made a process that could have been a nightmare extremely smooth and I was informed the entire time. They were definitely advocating for my safety and proper repair/replacement. They also pulled an emergency permit and made it happen around my needs. I’m beyond grateful for their help and will be using and recommending them again and again.

Today I had the pleasure of having Ed P. And David go above and beyond to replace my 75gallon hot water heater. They went out of their way to find a unit which was a challenge and replace and take away the old one the same day. I am so thankful for these two and the experience they have. I will absolutely use them again! They also completed the job even after the working day hours were done and the office closed! Can’t ask for more! 😀

We had a thermostat that was installed by another company and repeatedly had issues. The company came to fix multiple times with no luck and we were frustrated. Additionally we just had a newborn baby girl and needed the heat to work. Art was amazing, fast and provided the service and fixed all issues! Not only that but he made sure that it was quick so that our baby girl would be warm. Would use his services over and over again if needed

BEWARE!! Folks before you have Woolley come and diagnose your furnace or HVAC unit do yourself a favor and make sure they can assure you they fully understand the problem with your system and will stand behind their "diagnosis." Don't just assume they know what they're doing and make the mistake I made and let them run you up thousands of dollars in diagnostics, parts & repairs just guessing what's wrong to finally just tell you sorry I can't fix it, you just need to by a new unit.
