Hector and Anton are the only people who I trust enough to work in my home on my systems. I trust their judgment and recommendations. I own more than one property and they have been very consistent and have accommodated my crazy schedule. Upon arrival, they diagnosed the issue with ease, provided options and worked with me as best possible with the price. The work was done right away, neatly and they kept me abreast of each step they would take. The work was completed without issue and I am extremely pleased with their customer service skills and most of all their transparency. I definitely recommend these guys... They are great!

VIP HVAC, specifically Hector, are absolutely the best guaranteed! I never used them before, found their number on the internet. I was reluctant to call because it was late on a Saturday night. But I was desperate as my furnace was out and it was 50 degrees in the house. Hector picked up immediately and started walking me through everything that could possibly be wrong with my unit. Turns out, my filters hadn’t been changed in over a year! That was the culprit. He checked in on us the next day to make sure we were still ok. It was as if I had been a long-term, loyal customer. Above and beyond! I am a loyal customer now!!! Thank you, Hector!!!

Very professional, competent, and honest. I called them after getting my system initially miss diagnosed by another company. I wouldn't use any other company to service my home HVAC system again. We called they scheduled, and showed up as promised. Our system was up and running with a warranty for the work and at a very fair price. Great company! I would highly recommend them. Hector and Anton were great! They came early the next morning to work on our leaking boiler! They spent extra time checking and rechecking to make sure everything was perfect before they left! They are very friendly and knowledgable! I’ll definitely be calling them again!

Hector and Anton were extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacing a boiler or water heater. The job they were contracted to do involved replacing two gas boilers and two water heaters with two combination boilers. The quote was very reasonable considering the scope of work and the time frame that they gave to complete it was relatively quick, but what stood out most to me was their level of customer service and knowledge of various options for the replacement system. They took the time to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of each option and were able to field any question I had. On top of that, several unforeseen issues were discovered along the way due to 1) incorrect installation of the legacy systems 20+ years ago and 2) faulty parts provided by the distributor. Despite these hurdles, Hector and Anton maintained an extremely positive attitude and continued to work day and night until the project was completed without adjusting the initial quote. Working with VIP HVAC has been one of the most seamless contractor experiences I’ve had despite the small hiccups and I would highly recommend them!

V.I.P HVAC is the best hector came out to my house after I was having a leaking issue and did his diagnostic and told me what was the problem… I highly recommend using hector professional and on time I will be using him in the near future
