Contacted the company Thursday, furnace was installed Tuesday. Ian was friendly - no sale pressure - and quoted very reasonable price. Shawn came back the same day of installation to bring furnace door lock that was missing. Very happy with the service and efficiency.

Had an appointment with this company to get an estimate on mini split insulation when the tech showed up he was intoxicated I immediately put him out and called the company to let them know he was driving their truck intoxicated this happened on a Friday. Called the company on Monday ask to speak to the tech that came to my home and yes ladies and gentlemen he still works there not even a day suspension good job fresh air flow.

We live in a 100 year old house with two different heating systems - one for the original part of the home and one for the addition - a complicated set up. The house is also three stories, and a challenge to keep cool in the summer. Ben Marga and his team came in with expertise and strong problem solving skills to address those issues and more, finding creative and cost effective solutions, and spending as much as time as necessary to do the job well. They have installed a new A/C unit, performed maintenance on a second A/C unit, repaired and did maintenance on our boiler, thoroughly cleaned our air ducts, insulated our attic and more.
They are the best in the business, and have earned our loyalty and trust.

There service was not bad but I had issues with my hot water heater. They said that I needed a new sensor. How ever they told me they would not be able to get the part for 2 weeks. I ended up paying the $100 service and just went with a more established company. So if you need your problem fixed the same day I would say look elsewhere
