Heating tune-up ..21 point inspection was not done
1.check thermostat (all they did was turn it on )
2.inspect heat exchanger
3.check / fan or pump motor
4. Check blower motor amps.
5. Check filter system (clean/ replace filter .. the only reason they checked it was because I asked were they giving me a filter I was told No they do not provide the new filter
6. Check and clean pilot burner/ flame rod
7. Check safety controls.
8. Check and adjust heat rise.
9. Test for carbon monoxide. (When I asked were they going to check for carbon monoxide I was told no because they could see if carbon monoxide was exposed )
10. Check humidifier damper.
11. Inspect gas piping.
12. Inspect Chimney/Venting system 13. Check burners.
14. Check blower
15. Check secondary heat exchanger.
16. Check and clean condensate Pump/lines.
17. Check and I just firing rate
18. Inspect and adjust electrical connections
19. Check system airflow.
20. Identify system switch and / or breaker.
All they did was come out. Turn on my thermostat went downstairs unscrewed the heating system cleaned it out because I told him to and he didn’t provide me a filter and asked me if I had one totally not worth the money it says 21 inspection and I was not provided with that customer service, I’ve use this company before (with no problem) this is my third time and I’m not happy with the services ! I could’ve done it myself and saved myself 50.00$..I should be refunded! totally disappointed ! No inspection of anything not even carbon monoxide this is a joke please correct your heating tune-up 21 inspection deal because you’re robbing people thanks! !

The tech was open and honest. He told me that the previous company had disconnected our HVAC and we were under the impression that a new motor was needed. When there was nothing wrong. Will be using FRESH AIR FLOW from now on!

Thank you Fresh Air Flow! I called yesterday nervous after I found a leak coming from the attic where the hvac unit is. First, he calmed me down, and guided me on what to do over the phone and scheduled my service for the next day!!! I received a text message with the estimate and time of the service. They came when they said they would, did what they said they’d do, cleaned up and left nothing other than my smile. Thanks so much!

The guys came to clean out my dryer vent. We had tried to clean it ourselves and made a bit of a mess. The guys came in and fixed everything ASAP. Also put on a new dryer cap and new tubing for the dryer to the wall. Very professional and cleaned everything up when they left.
