They were very nice and willing to help when no one else would. We needed a new dryer vent cover on the second floor exterior of our house. They were able to replace the existing cover, cleaned out the vent and then hooked up our dryer again. We will definitely use their services again for our next hvac issue!

If you read their reviews you will notice that they come upon some of the most interesting scenarios that are not common or necessarily easy. That was the case with the way my house was set up. When what they originally had was not fitting in the one area they called around and managed to find within an hour or two a replacement that would work. I should mention that this was during the heat of summer when a lot of places could not get their hands on the unit that I needed. They were very well stocked and took care of me the very next day. That says a lot! My house also had an issue with the way the vents fit and while it took a couple of times for them to get the proper fit, they definitely managed. I have to say that everyone I dealt with along the way was absolutely awesome! Such friendliness and professionalism and yes they clean up very well and don't leave a mess. I highly recommend them.

After having several major companies out to evaluate our systems pressure (and all they wanted to do was redo our entire system for thousands), Joe and team came, thoroughly cleaned the ducts and entire system, and did repairs that incredibly boosted my airflow. Fresh Air Flow was the best HVAC Co I could ever hope for and turned out to better than expected my goal was to replace my existing system with a Carrier AC, Furnace, Blower and thermostat to reduce energy cost.
Ian listened to my goals and walked through my house , he went to the office and put together an equipment HVAC package that would give the results I wanted. Both Ian and Ben keep you informed and communicate using email, text and propose the equipment packages, shipping and schedule installation.

The installers showed up on time and spent most of the day removing the old and putting in the new - sounds easy, it's not. They were very knowledgeable and when they were done my new Carrier sounds like a TESLA. All in all it now take my 3 story house to cool in about 2 hours , not 11. Today is the 2nd day after install and I am cool on the 3rd floor for the 1st time in 7 years. Not only were the Installer excellent at their jobs but they were kind, friendly and cleaned up.

I found Fresh Air Flow by cross checking the NJ state website, PSEG HVAC authorized Contractors for the 0% 10 yr financing programs and the Carrier manufacturer's website. The best was Fresh Air Flow handled all of the PSEG paperwork. ( to qualify for the state rebates and PSEG financing you need the front copy of your bill and no PSEG late payments/ paid in full for the last 12 months )
