Ben was amazing and came out on his day off to help me fix my drain pipe. I really appreciate it. They always provide great, professional, affordable and trustworthy service. Will definitely recommend.

I had three quotes from different companies in the Cherry Hill, NJ area to have my A/C and Furnace units replaced. What made me choose Fresh Air Flow was Ben’s honesty and consultative approach. He took the time to explain all the details and the different options. Ben, as the owner of the company, said that they take pride in what they do. Ben was true to his word and his crew, Shawn and Dennis proved that. I would highly recommend them.

They came out quickly but were unable to repair the unit. They gave me a quote for a new system. Will be getting others quotes before making a decision.

I reached out to other companies looking to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. I just moved to Philadelphia and didn’t know who to call. Fresh Air Flow responded right away and had a service technician out to my house right away. The technician who came out, Angelo, was very professional and thorough on his diagnosis and services provided. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for all my heating and air needs.

Had a great experience with Fresh Air Flow. We are a small business in Moorestown NJ and both our HVAC units didn't work. They showed up same day, fixed our system (It was hot as hell), and they were very reasonable with their pricing. the tech that showed up was very professional, explained everything to me. I will definitely use this company again.

I live in a 3 story home in Philadelphia and our AC Unit does not generate enough power to cool our top floor, which happens to be our bedroom. I called bout 4 different contractors and landed on Fresh Air Flow due to Ian's professionalism and promptness in his responses to all of my questions. We felt most comfortable using them to install a mini-split ductless AC unit and their cost was very competitive. Throughout the process James and Ian and their team answered all of my questions and even came back after the install to make sure everything was running correctly, since it was a rather difficult install and project. It is actually life-changing having this unit working in our property. I am extremely pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

The guys showed up an hour early which was fine. They got right to the work they came here to do. They were fast, friendly and professional. They even helped me navigate my dryer settings. Every is working well now. I thought the price was a little high but I would definitely use them again.

Two service technicians from Fresh Air Flow Heating & Cooling came out today to address my concerns with my newly installed HVAC ducted and ductless units. Both technicians were very polite, clean, worked well together and were very thorough. He was also very knowledgeable on what needed to be done to correct the issues explaining as they inspected. He informed me they will reach out to me to schedule another appointment to resolve these issues. As usual, i am happy with their service.
