I call fresh air flow with a heating problem that I have the day before that freezing storm, Ben was very kind and professional and send me a team right away with a high priority!
They try to repair my old one, but it’s more than 60 years old and there was no way to do that so before the holiday and the storm he he prioritize my new boiler to be installed.
I got an update by text message, every step of the way and fully communicate with the professional technicians, the price was more than excellent and affordable and more important, the service was excellent.
Not every day you find a business owner and a team that care about customer service like fresh air flow.
I will highly recommend to all my family and friend to the one and only company for all my HVAC needs.

Ben and the team at FAF exemplify the classic high level of service, value and quality we used to expect back in the day.

From our first meeting, his knowledge and honesty were evident. Even more impressive was his explanation on unneeded services, the better way to do things and his general expertise on setting up these systems. I really got the feeling FAF wanted to get it right and was not trying to upsell or overcharge. I had reviewed and seen more than 5 contractors and he just made the most sense.

Besides being very competitive with the pricing, he delivered a quality install, on time, on budget with service in mind. MOST importantly, when I had a few small problems - his team came out promptly to get it sorted (took a few tries). I'm a very picky customer and they answered every call, email and text in a timely manner.

From Ben’s amiable and immediate response to Ian’s honest proposal, FAF stood out of all other candidates to replace my old furnace. Just next day early morning Shawn and Kyle came to install the new unit. They pulled down the old one, meticulously made the new duct work on site, rearranged the intake and return pipes as well as the other related attachments. It is really a big surprise to me when I see the state of art setting which saves much space and looks modern.
There are no shortage of HVAC contractors around but some of them are used to play rip off tactics to put customers in traps. On the contrary, FAF is among the good group In fair practice.
My experience with FAF reflects it is well deserved to win customers’ trust by its honesty, good work ethics and professionalism.

I found Fresh Air Flow last year when I was struggling with an ongoing A/C issue. I was working with another vendor through a maintenance relationship and that vendor was telling me I needed to replace the system. I found FAF for a second opinion. Within an hour, they realized the issue was a faulty breaker in my panel. They went to home depot and had it fixed in 2 hours with an inexpensive replacement part saving me tens of thousands of dollars. I immediately moved my maintenance contract to them. We now just had a cracked heat exchanger in our furnace. They were able to get the replacement system, juggle the schedule to make us a priority, and had it installed within days. Can't say enough good things about Ben and Fresh Air Flow.
