Ben was great upon his initial diagnostic visit, and provided us several quote options in less than 24 hours. Initial visit was on a Friday, quotes received on Saturday morning, he gave us a call on Sunday afternoon, and immediately had us scheduled for the repair/installation. No hidden prices, and up front of the work that needs to be done and the costs. Bonus is that they're specifically Carrier authorized. Loved that.

Angelo, one of the great Technicians at Fresh Air Flow performed my first central air annual preventative maintenance visit today. He arrived on time, actually a bit early, checked everything visually and with instruments and meters, both at the ac indoors furnace area and outside at the condenser unit. He explained what he was doing, the results and what they meant in layman's language. He made sure the unit is ready for the summer and I learned a lot more about HVAC. Everything checked out fine. Angelo is very interested in doing a job correctly the first time, and it shows. I continue to give Fresh Air Flow 5 stars and highly recommend them for HVAC work.

I was effortlessly referred to Fresh Air Flow through another contractor. They sent someone out to look at the old ac unit and within a day, I had an estimate with the instructions itemizing the work to be done replacing the unit. The crew arrived on schedule as they promised and got right to work. The contractors were very knowledgeable about the details and as promised, got the new unit up and running smoothly. The personal touch was they helped me get approved for a loan with a lower interest rate then the one I had, and that really sat well with me. They also suggested the proper filters to use with the unit. I was left feeling extremely satisfied with their workmanship and will definitely use them for all my hvac needs going forward and highly recommend them.

Ian made a great presentation and explained all options. Shawn, the lead installer was very knowledgeable and answered all my many questions along the way. I got to meet the owner, Ben and he is very accommodating and his goal was to please his customer. Everyone at Fresh Air Flow that I met were very professional and my first experience with having a new hvac system installed was a very good one. Highly recommended!

Ben, from Fresh Air Flow, was professional, knowledgeable about our mini-ductless A/C unit, and capable in his ability to repair and maintain our wall units. Fresh Air Flow really fit its name well, and they were absolutely a great value for their service and fixing our leaky unit in 100 degree heat wave. Will definitely use again if needed down the line. Highly recommended!
